The front desk and restaurant staff are enthusiastic and professional, with a strong sense of service. The hotel is in a very good location, and all attractions can be reached on foot. The breakfast is very good, rich and delicious, and you can enjoy the St. Sunday Church opposite while eating breakfast. We booked three rooms and stayed for three nights. The twin room was renovated, and the king room had not been renovated. The wallpaper was damaged, but we liked the traditional design style and the street view.

It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

Very late arrival time checkin service staff is very good Can help call the car, the room is comfortable and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the whole is bright and clean, there is a balcony, the breakfast restaurant is good.

Opposite the hotel is the post office, and the postcards purchased are very cost-effective. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the attractions. The location is very good.

When we arrived to park at the hotel we were expected to know where to park and where to go so this made the first 15 minutes unbearable. We were told on many occasions not here. Please provide positive directions in future. The hotel itself after the poor beginning was excellent. The room was clean and serviceable with a good fridge. Although my wife found the bed and pillows uncomfortable I did not. Breakfast had a good selection and the dining area was roomy. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone teach the chef to fry an egg. No matter your preference whether it be over easy, flipped or hard yolk all eggs had a fantastic burnt plastic skirt. TIP use the right kind of oil, don't turn the heat up so high, have the oil warm before the egg goes in, and don't use freezing cold eggs. The hotel organised Taxi's for us and these were excellent.
