The room was very comfortable and warm, with heaters and A.C. provided. Towels and bottled water were also available. The common areas had free coffee, tea, snacks, and cozy seating, making it feel like home. The location near the city center was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend!

The hostel is fantastic. The problem we had was that we found cockroaches every day of our stay, which was quite unpleasant.
They should do something to prevent this.

Except for the fact that there is no elevator, this hostel is probably the best example of a hostel. It has a small private room, a shared bathroom, a good atmosphere, good lighting, free coffee, biscuits and tea, and a small kitchen. The location is great, perfect!

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they welcomed me. It's a guest house, but each guest has their own room, and each room has a bathroom, so you can protect your privacy. There is a communal kitchen where you can drink coffee and tea freely and cook a little. The location was perfect as it was close to the center! I want to use it if I go to Bulgaria again.
