The hotel was decent, with friendly and very helpful bar staff. The room was comfortable, although the shower tended to be cold in the evening. I found the lack of a rubbish bin in the room inconvenient, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. The food at the restaurant was great, though breakfast was quite basic. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, with a 15-minute walk to the Musagenitsa metro station. Overall, hotel was ok for the price I’ve paid.

Very nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. The staff was normal, the location is not the best for walking people, because the closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking and with big bags is not the best. The surrounding area is nice, super view to the Vitosha Mountain, and big, nice room.

The location of the hotel is near by the Vitosha park. You can reach it by the airport with the underground and then 1km walk. Downtown is 4 underground stops away. The hotel is quite big, with gymn, sauna, 2 restaurants, a recreational area. Rooms are large enough. However, the cleaning might be improved (carpeting also in the bathroom and not really clean...). I was in a group and each had some minor issues to be asked for (blanket, kettle, tea in the room yes but not coffee...). Breakfast is ok but again, a toaster might have been appreciated and it is a minor stuff. It could be a good choice in case you have to work at the Technical University, just close by.

This is a basic, no frills place4 star rating is misleading. My room stank with cigarettes quite badly. I asked for a new one but was told to come next morning. Breakfast is very basic, breakfast coffee from a machine is terrible, so I had to go and buy a cup from the bar which wasn’t much better but drinkable. Hotel Restaurant serves starter after the main and staff stared at me as if I was an alien when I refused to eat my starter for dessert. Ultimately, they didn’t care much what I was doing or eating as long as I paid for food. The waiter was standing right next to me typing translation in English that I had to pay but could take my meant-to-be starter away. How creative. This is certainly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. 2 stars only because I had a decent massage in the spa which as I understand run by a different company. Otherwise it is 0 stars. If you are not interested in massage, you’d better off staying elsewhere

Adrien was very helpful for dinner and at the bar. It is a shame to report that at the bar, on another quiet day, a young lady was too busy giggling with another lady staff & could not be bothered to help me & lied about not speaking English & pointed to the reception when I knew what I needed was at the bar. Very bad attitude!! I found this out as I reported this to the very helpful receptionist who helped me a few times. - Another tip: 2 French couples stayed there & were appalled with the room cleaning service. Maybe French quick translation for the hotel amenities could be useful?? On a happier note, you have a great choice for your breakfast buffets. This was matched with very efficient, helpful lovely smiling waitresses Maria & Evelyn, who I came across before starting my day.

Upon arrival, we were clearly ignored at the reception, without a greeting, and were directed to the hotel room. Once in the room, we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned, and there was mold in the bathroom. When we asked the male receptionist about breakfast, we received a rude response with an indifferent attitude. He also offered a higher breakfast price than what was listed on the website. Unfortunately, it seems that no one cleans the room unless you complain after three days of sleeping without service. This hotel has earned my first negative review.

This hotel sent me 30 years back. Ugly, cheap furniture, TV with 20 programs. Even the main Bulgarian TV programs are not available. Internet with a speed of 2Mbps. No cleaning. 1 towel for 2 people... Now I understand why only sports teams come here. The restaurant doesn't work. Piano bar with oriental music :). No mini bar, and no room service. You even can't contact reception, because there is no phone. There is no parking and the SPA is not included. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel! Only the lady at the reception was very kind!
