The room was clean. My mom and I think that it is still new as all the furniture is relatively new. Only down side is no lift which was my fault as I didn't see it and we had to carry down 2 30 kgs luggage down the from 3rd floor (luckily we didn't need to carry out). But my main purpose is to choose somewhere near the bus station so no complains on that.
The receptionist guy which I forgot to ask his name was friendly and we booked shuttle service and he arrived on time for our flight and we had no mess finding his car unlike my previous trip...

Awful. Hotel mixed up our room and then couldn’t care less. Told us to go find another hotel at 9.30pm as our room was unsuitable! Then told us we would get a refund and we have still not received it. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend these people to anyone

I arrived yesterday at 4pm to the hotel, but the door was closed and there was a phone number only...Hotel's team probably don't understand that some guests have no local Sim card or no other option to reach by phone! Likely I met one of the guests, who kindly agreed to help me. So she called to the written at the door number and got instructions where to get a key. I think such instructions must be sent to the email of expecting guest, isn't?? And in the end of the day I'm getting an email that my booking has canceled by the hotel!!! It's really strange to behave this way if you work in the hospitality! Or the word of hospitality is unknown at this property.... So sad to meet such unprofessional service....

I recently stayed in a room with two twin beds. The positive:
Spacious for a low price
They found a way to accommodate my very late arrival
Close to public transport
The negative:
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The curtains, the sheets and the pillow all smelled of smoke. Opening the balcony door for a few hours is not enough to make the smell go away.
There were some ants in our 3rd floor room
I would not stay here again. Also, I'm not sure why this place has three stars. There is no restaurant, fitness center, pool or any similar extras.

New and clean apartment. Quiet, bright and just minutes from Serdika. Which can be reached via the main road. Upon our arrival we found a person to welcome us who explained everything to us. Too bad about the loose toilet paper. For the rest everything perfect

The mattress and bed are comfortable for rest. The shower is Bulgarian and you have to keep in mind that it is a thermos, two of us took a shower and it had to be at minimum because the second one was with cold water, I informed the owner of this, in addition to the heating that turns on but no hot air comes out (or the room was not heated) and they left me a heater for the next night and the heater needle had already gone up and we took a shower the next day, the two of us who were staying and very well. Toilet paper was also scarce and we rationed it until we could buy more than there was, because there was no more roll in the closet. Otherwise, the room is modern, very nice and spacious, which is why I don't give it a bad score, and they also solved our specific incidents that I mentioned previously.

It is well located. The staff is friendly and willing to help. We had problems with hot water in our room. We had to call the technician, so they offered us to use the shower in another room.
