What can I say, I love this place. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and had everything you expect from a hotel (Iron, safe, minibar). The breakfast, I did not expect such a spread. And they also have a free happy hour with drinks and snacks. When we told them that we needed to check out early to catch a flight, and requested that they pack us a small breakfast, they did not such thing. They had a full breakfast open and were ready a half an hour early to accommodate the quests who had early flights. Who does this? Above and beyond! Also, the restaurant recommendations they gave us were also, just great.

The hotel was clean, with wonderful air conditioning. The receptionist was so friendly. The rooms were a little dated, but super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. One of us is gluten free and another is lactose free. This hotel had excellent, REAL food options for both of us. The staff made this hotel. It's a great, affordable, clean option. Highly recommend!

This is a small family hotel located on a little street off the Vitosha boulevard, the main shopping street in Sofia. I got an upgrade to room/suite 402, which was nice. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious, with spotless bedsheets and towels and good internet. A minibar, safe deposit box, slippers, bathrobe, iron and ironing board, kettle and complimentary water were available in the room. One afternoon, upon my return, I got a complimentary cake in my room, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was continental style, diverse and plentiful, with both cold and warm dishes. Additionally, there are several dining options nearby, the closest one being steps away, Osteria Tartuffo, which I would recommend. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Sofia.

The hotel is very clean, great location and the staff is super super kind and professional. One of my best experience in the past 10 years related to Sofia. Due to my sick I had to postpone my business trip and *********** didn’t help, but the hotel manager postponed my reservation without problem.

The room we stayed in was 304 with the VIP package, amazing in size, very clean, all the facilities provided were good and housekeeping was excellent. Great location for restaurants bars and cafes, short distance from Vitosha Pedestrian Street Good Breakfast with a large selection of continental / full cooked food, a great Choice of pastries, jams, cakes and wonderful breads. The thing that made it such a wonderful stay was the exceptional friendly service we received from all the staff.

The staff make this hotel, as they are exceptional - friendly, professional and kind (special shout out to the lovely lady who checked me in, and the equally lovely gentleman who brought me cake!). Great selection of foods at breakfast and decent coffee from the machine. Location is great; within easy walking distance of all the main sights and for access to public transport. The room (Tower Suite/Room 402) was spacious and comfortable, though it did get really hot in the afternoon - however, the air-conditioning soon took care of that. This did mean that the two small terraces got the sun all day though, and had lovely views of the mountains. Another small bonus was that there the TV channels available in English, including Sky History and the Discovery Channel. Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is very well located within 10 minutes walk of the main sights and with lots of bars cafes shops & restaurants close by. It is my personal preference rather than stay in international chains to go for independent/quirky hotels and this one certainly fits that category. Most of the garden rooms have terraces. The room we stayed in (303) was a good size with en suite minibar and air conditioning. The breakfast has a wide selection of choices and is freshly prepared. We had the VIP package which between 18:00 and 20:00 gave us free drinks, of which there was a good selection including spirits, local wines and beers. There was also a range of nibbles. All of the staff were very welcoming with a good command of English and they went out of their way to help us. This hotel definitely falls in my ‘recommended’ category.

We stayed in the upgraded 25 meter room and it didn’t disappoint. The facility is cozy, spotless and the bedding great quality. The location is almost around the corner from the main pedestrian street with bars, restaurants and shopping. We went to the complimentary drinks with nibbles last evening and the gentleman working there was like having your friend pouring drinks. The room leads to a nice terrace area and hard to compete with the warm tasteful breakfast room. The lovely young woman at the front desk was helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. A definite must for anyone coming to Sophia. The gentleman doing the breakfast gave great information as to what to see in the city and he was absolutely correct about the ruins and informing us about Saint George day.

The location is fabulous directly next to Vitosha Boulevard. Everything is within walking distance. The room was standard. Nothing really special but it had everything you wanted. Breakfast was all right and the staff was brilliant. Very helpful. Very good place for exploring Sofia.
