The Hotel name him a 3 star hotel but I don't believe it as far as I have stayed there.
It is a very very simple and old place with too basic and out of date furniture.
The lift was too old and noisy when moving up or down and it was scary.
The sheets were clean but the bed was uncomfortable.
I prefer not to stay in Diter Hotel at all.

The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk to the commercial street. There is also a supermarket nearby. It is very quiet in the residential area. The room has a strong fragrance, but the facilities in the house are a bit old. There is a refrigerator but it is a bit noisy. The service attitude is very good and the people are very friendly Friendly, if you have a problem, you can communicate and solve it very well.

Great little hotel in the heart of Sofia, everywhere was in walking distance, owner really friendly he recommended fabulous restaurant next door that did not disappoint. The hotel rooms were very roomy with a nice seating area, Rooms quiet and coffee making facilities available 24 hours in the reception.

Great little hotel, very friendly staff, they are extremely helpful and very polite! Location is great, walking distance to many of the great sights! The metro station is only a short walk away so if you're travelling further there is easy access that way. The bed is very comfortable, room is a good size, everything works, no issues at all! No coffee/tea facilities in the room, however there is free coffee/tea in the lobby, which is 24hrs, we were on the top floor but it was still very easy and convenient to get a cup of coffee in the morning! Absolutely nothing bad to say at all about this place! I also highly recommend the restaurant next door!

Incredible location and personnel! It is a small hotel, old furniture, but very clean, roomy and nice rooms. There is no breakfast, but there are enough nearby cafes. Best thing is it is in the very center, but on a quiet street at the same time.

first day i could open the door of the room ,i went down to reception the girl was with the face down she charge the card then the elevator was not working .it happens 3 times on my two days stay not working .there was not a control unit for the air condition ,so up and down to solve it... they was saying about parking .it was one ,close to the hotel but not safe ... general the staf not very friendly. i will not recommend this place

Cons: no breakfast despite free breakfast being advertised on Tripadviser and mentioned on the laminated sheet in the hotel room. No restaurant open at all, despite being advertised and mentioned in hotel room. I didn’t notice until afterwards a note on ********** stating restaurant closed for a time period, but my stay was a month after this time period anyway. The staff just said “we don’t have a restaurant”. No airport shuutte despite being advertised. Bed was bigger than expected (was expecting a single bed) but very hard & uncomfortable, with a lumpy pillow. A bit rough around the edges (broken chair, broken shower door, cracked basin). Pros: Great central location. Fairly clean, fairly quiet. Air-conditioning and TV in room. Wifi was ok. Overall I would have been happy with this hotel for the low cost, if I’d known what to expect, but I booked here partially based on free breakfast and airport shuttle. They need to update their Tripadviser profile and their in-room laminated leaflet as it is currently misleading. Not a 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Not a well cared place and reviews seem to be excellent. Light curtains on the windows, so you can't sleep, and not clean. The only good thing is that is in 5 minute walking distance to the centre. Night receptinist not very helpful.
