It was not my first visit. Even now, and in the past, I was satisfied. Nice rooms, everything clean, good breakfast and meals. There is a bar, an excellent swimming pool with a wellness center and a fitness center. There is also a shop... Very helpful staff!.

The room was clean and the service was very good. The bellman was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The next day, he helped a colleague drive to the underground garage to load the luggage. The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete.

The view is average, the room is tidy, and there is no smell. It was recommended by a colleague. I went to try it out. The facilities are quite complete, but there are no slippers. It is said to be an environmental protection requirement.

I think they don't care that much because it is a ****** hotel, the materials of the rooms are old but they are clean.

Not a hotel worth the price

We compared several properties before making the reservation here. We wanted close proximity to center, A/C, smoke free, pool. The location is fine. The ****** adjacent to the lobby is awful. It smells horrible. The smokiest place I have ever been in. Room was no smoking but smelled like smoke. There is central AC. However it is controlled by property. We asked. Days were warm and nights were cool so they had the central system set in heating. Room stayed around 25. Not terrible but not what we expected. Pool area is nice. Breakfast is nice with good selection. For the money spent we regret not renting a flat.

Average at best. Front desk was accomodating , but housekeeping was poor. Two in room, left 1 towel, never toilet paper. AC never worked, no screen in window. Food was so so. for breakfast and dinners. Overall wasn't a great plave to stay. Not impressed.

Just another nightmare, 2 lifts not working and it took 20 minutes to get to the breakfast, my room is piles of dust with no vaccum cleaning Surprisingly both the duty manager and general manager are not on the shift Guess, not qualified senior people running the show.

It's now the 17 th March, and I've paid 100 euros in a business room, only to be woken up at 3am by children slamming theirroom doors shut. This is unacceptable nd I will be speaking to the manager about it.. I am a regular guest and gold ******* member too! James Robinson

Good location. Quiet room. Food was ok but expensive. My room was too hot- between 25 and 26c. The controller didn't work. I asked for this to be looked at twice but nothing was done. In addition people were smoking in other rooms and the smoke was getting into my room. The mattress protector made the bed too warm. All of this resulted in an uncomfotable poor nights sleep every night. I won't stay in this Hotel again.

Amazing spa, gym. the hotel has a semi-olympic swimming pool (25mtr) with 4 large lines. All equipment available (flippers, boards,....). Recommend for swimmers (open at 7:00 morning time). Staff from the reception is extremelly helpful and polite. Good breakast. Room service would need a little bit more choice

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, I went here with my class after flight being cancelled, as soon as I walked into the hotel I was greeted with a Smokey smell and the loud ****** to the right, workers were extremely rude and very strange. Food was disgusting (stuff in salad, did not taste right) I got the worst floor, room was full of scratches and dirty walls mold on walls vent was disgusting. Loud banging at night
