The room was thoughtfully decorated and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Got the small balcony to chillax. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. Easily accessible to metro station and walking distance to mini mart and Mall of Sofia. Surrounded by neighbourhood and very peaceful area. Definitely recommended.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Sofia. It's new, clean, and has a designer renovation. The staff are friendly and provided many things upon request, like glasses and ice. The only drawback is its distance from the center, but we still easily walked to Vitosha Boulevard. Sofia Mall and Serdika metro station are nearby, which is very convenient.

I didn't get a room with a large balcony this time, and no matter what I said to the front desk, they wouldn't budge—so frustrating. Plus, bottled water was only provided on the first day and never again. The housekeeping wasn't as good as my previous visits either.

The hotel location is a bit further from city center but walkable, and tram is just in front.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is new so a bit renovation smell.
