I stayed three nights on business. The rooms are very comfortable and they have excellent showers. The breakfast offering is ok at best, but sufficient when you have a day of work ahead. However the evening restaurant is a different level. I have eaten at restaurants all over the world and at many Michelin starred restaurants and this one is definitely pushing that level. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and they really helped me select a suitable local wine. Bulgarian wine rarely leaves its borders but it is actually very good if you take local advice. I will absolutely be coming here again. I would recommend their shopska salad - their freeze dried tomatoes are just amazing!

The one waiter at the bar Is theproblem The location fantastic The front desk girls were very helpful They showed us a lot about what to do in and around the hotel Very kind and helpful for us to get around Misheto helped this out in a couple different situations. Sit sit. All I can say is thank you And a total recommendation of this hotel and property

Hotel itself was 10/10 - great bed, nice finishings, and air conditioning that actually works well. The issue I had - At check in I asked for 3pm late checkout and was granted this request by that agent. On day of checkout, surprised to see that when we returned to the hotel at 2pm our cards were deactivated. The front desk agent mentioned they have been trying to get a hold of me via room phone all day. When I explained about the late check out that was granted she implied I was lying and that this would never have been granted. She did reactivate the card, we got our stuff and left. Unfortunate ending to an otherwise great stay. I don’t appreciate being accused of lying about a late check out or her tone in general.

We stayed here for two nights - if you appreciate good contemporary design, you will love this place. Everything seems to have been designed, from the full height floor to ceiling doors everywhere, the fancy light switches, the Uber comfy beds. This place is great, very courteous, informative & polite service staff. We didn’t eat here as we’re limited on time but it did look like it would have been good. Perfect location just off the Vitosha Boulevard which seems to be the main ***** where most stuff happens. Definitely stay here next time we visit Sofia.

Well located, modern design, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Only hotel we have come across in 9 weeks travelling around europe (in summer) that has properly functioning airconditioning. Friendly helpful staff and gorgeous breakfast selection !!

Me and my boyfriend stopped a few times by the bar at the lobby. Awesome experience. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The bartender made a special selection of cocktails for us. And I even don’t like so much cocktails. But I need to say those are the best cocktails I ever tasted. We definitely recommend that great hotel. Next time we are going to visit Sofia we are going to stay there. Modern and very cool hotel.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Junó hotel. As a Marriott ambassador we were upgraded to a top floor corner suite featuring a huge balcony that wrapped around the exterior corner of our room. We had never stayed at a design hotel before but we liked the modern vibe and friendly staff. The tourist area of Sofia is compact and the hotel is well located just one block from Sofia’s main boulevard. We walked everywhere. The breakfast buffet is not huge but it had everything I like and it was supplemented by a very generous ala carte menu of hot dishes. I thought the French toast was very good. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the tomato salad was excellent.

This is my third visit here and it doesn’t disappoint. Wonderful staff. Beautiful rooms and superb cocktails. The rooms are spacious and well furnished ..opening windows and doors so AC is not needed ( a huge plus for me) lots of water and soft drinks from the minibar are free. Breakfast is excellent .. lots of choice plus lovely coffee. I ate in the restaurant for dinner on my last stay and the food was very good. I travel frequently and many hotels I stay in are good but this has the edge. I will always stay here in Sofia.
