I have seen many hotels in my life and I rarely write reviews, but I have to do it here! This hotel was an underground car park, rooms without windows. No staff at reception, everything is under video surveillance. We couldn't get into the hotel in the evening. The code given over the microphone didn't work. The next day, no one was there to check out. Then suddenly the manager came (he sees everything on video). I was supposed to pay 1,100 SEK instead of 950 SEK. The reason: parking fee even though the booking confirmation said free parking. And the worst part: the SEK EUR exchange rate had apparently changed overnight... I only paid 950 SEK and didn't receive an invoice. He canceled the booking on the portal so that I couldn't rate it. He writes his own reviews, I can't imagine it any other way. Typical, there was a coffee machine behind the counter, for decoration or something. The area is not very trustworthy.
