Warm welcoming staff, great spa area, top class restaurant, perfect hotel rooms. Extra plus for having both a cinema and karaoke room inside the hotel. This is the perfect hotel to visit.

The moment we stepped in this place it was like entering a luxurious residence. Everything from the service, to the design, to the food and many activities that can be done here was genuine. We ordered a bundle which provided drinks, dinner (2 course meal), spa, one bedroom and breakfast buffet. We left the place full of new energy and stress free minds and bodies. Highly recommend Ad Astra by elite. Thank you for everything!

It wasn't quite the value for money I was expecting. The room itself was nice but quite small. The service during breakfast as well as the variety of dishes was really not the best and not what you are expecting from such an high cost hotel in Sweden.

We had a couple stay and are very happy with our stay for the most part. We had higher expactiations with regards to the food experience and think there is more to work on there for the restaurants.

Where to start? Walking into Ad Astra by Elite, is like walking into luxury all while keeping a warm and welcoming feeling. From the warmest welcome at check in from your receptionist, to the small details such as pink pen, key card and key card folder, to the greeting from bar /restaurant personnel, to the interior and lobby area. It was all so well put together! Love the shuffleboard in the lobby area and the activity games on the table. The rooms was spacious, with lovely pillows and more than one, BIG plus I would say. Bathroom gave a feeling of walking into a rainforest. Lovely towels, thick and large - fantastic. Oh, and your pizza was amazing! Breakfast area was like walking into an italian courtyard , peaceful with a great selection of cold cuts and ward dishes, several types of bread, fresh fruit, juices and tea/coffee. As an hotelier of 18 years - I am deeply impressed and I am looking forward to the next time I will stay at your hotel. I have not yet tried the SPA. Keep it up - Well done! I have already recommended your hotel to 5 people. Thank you for a wonderful stay. *Only downside was - my stay was too short 😉

I was here with my husband for a day, the spa was amazing. The staff at the hotel and the spa where very helpful and nice, they explained very how everything worked and showed us around. We liked that they have many diffrent pools and saunas, we will definitely come back if we are in stockholm

Our experience with Ad Astra by Elite Hotel was very disappointing. As loyal Elite Hotel Rewards members, we expected better treatment for our special occasion. Despite needing to book two rooms due to their limitations, they offered no additional discount or guaranteed upgrade. The reservation department was inflexible and unaccommodating. Poor customer service overall. We will not be returning.
