Прекраснейший отель, отзывчивые девушки на ресепшн, интерьер такой классный, балкон шикарный!!!в номере вода, чайник, фен, шампусики, сейф, много вешалок,кресла, светильники, телевизор, кондиционер кстати с увлажнением воздуха так приятно, жаль что на одну ночь по делам, в следующий раз только в этот отель!!

Прекрасные, вежливые, оперативно работающие девушки на ресепшене, но была крайне разочарована грязными окнами в номере, дыркой на наволочке, грязными шторами, завтраком: холодные круассаны и иные булочки, запеканка из несвежего кислого творога, фаршированные блины непонятно чем пахнут, подача завтрака оставляет желать лучшего. Всё это плохо соотносится с заявлением в папке для гостя о том, что «Миссия отеля заключается в том, чтобы всегда и во всём превосходить ожидания гостей».
Есть мыло, тапочки и зубные щётки, но возникает желание больше туда никогда не возвращаться. В Сочи огромный выбор отелей и я жалею, что в свой первый приезд в этот прекраснейший город, я остановилась в таком отеле.

We stayed in the Denart hotel for almost a week and everything was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and a nice view of the Sochi city. Breakfast was very tasty and staff couldn't be nicer! Location was great, only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to almost anywhere in the city center and close to the train station for easy access to Adler, Krasnaya Polyana, Rosa Khuta. It would be a pleasure to stay again and we look forward to it! Thank you to the hotel and staff for a wonderful stay ))

Не забуду этот кошмар никогда...номер не пылесос или где то точно месяц! Вентиляция не чищена сто лет,шумит,и запах пыли стоит во всем номере! Постель видно просто отпарена после предыдущих жильцов,волосы на ней! Пыль месячной давности на телевизоре,шкафу, тумбочки липкие и грязные.Пол в ванной не мыт вообще,волосы на полу ,ванная не мыта вообще,предыдущий жилец как слил воду ,так и осталась полоса грязи на ванной! В стакане с ёршиком грязная вода,сам стакан грязный!Стены ванной видно не моются совсем! А завтраки,кошмар,ни вкуса,ни выбора .Долго я буду помнить этот отель.Не советую..дешевле можно остановиться в Турции на все включено!

Hotel situato in ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Sochi e dalla splendida zona di Vorovskogo e a 10 minuti dal porto. Camere ampie e ben tenute, personale molto molto gentile e cordiale, ottima la colazione e il bar. Consigliata anche la Spa. In definitiva un ottimo soggiorno.
