Phòng quá tệ. Các chất lượng dịch vụ cơ bản như máy sấy tóc, ly đánh răng… không có…. Phòng thì muỗi,kiến ba khoang… tủ lạnh hư thì báo lễ tân không giải quyết… phòng 203 tolet ko có nước… phải mở vòi xả vào xô mới dội được bồn cầu… quá tệ… không có máy sấy tóc. Liên hệ lễ tân thì nói không có máy sấy tóc… nước phòng 203 mở ra thì màu đỏ chảy ra… giá tiền thì mắc… chất lượng phục vụ quá tệ…. Từng phòng ở lại không có ly đánh răng… lấy tiền 3 phòng tổng cộng 900.000 ngàn . Quá mắc… không bao giờ quay trở lại nơi đây
