Rooms need updating. Biscuits were burnt on the bottom and bacon not cooked enough. Not well stocked

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue, birds squawking outside. But hotel can’t help that.

The hotel on the outside looks nice and the staff was pleasant. The hotel has a funny smell in the hallways. It was not worth what it cost. It was ok for a quick over night. But the room needs to be updated, the bedding had holes, the bed was uncomfortable. They only had two flat pillows per bed. The shower was stained and rusted. Over all it was an expensive hotel with a cheap feel. The carpet floor feels gross with bare feet. The breakfast was normal continental and have no complaints about the staff. The room was clean just not good quality

Internet wasn’t working. Very worn down- holes in sofa, stains on carpet, rust on tub faucet, stains on tub base, toilet seat looked about 20 years old, dirt stains on lamp shades, etc.

Check-in is very fast, they even don't bother to ask you for the credit card for incidental, as almost all hotels do. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

No More So, the last time I stayed here I promised not to stay again, but I decided to give them another chance. I come to Snyder at least once or twice a month to see my son. The fromt desk lady was great sorry didn't get her name. I checked in after 4pm and everything went smoothly, I got to my room it was a tad bit cold so I turned on the heater which blew out cold air. I thought maybe it just need to blow for a minute so I waited for about an hour or two and it was still blowing cold, I called the front desk and the lady moved me to another room which was great until the next morning. I woke up to a bedbug crawling on the pillow with me. I took a shower praying if there was one on me i could wash it off, shook my clothes out and examined them to ensure there wasn't any on my clothes. Took a picture of it and went to the front desk where there was another young lady, who proceeded to tell me since I was checking out she couldn't switch my room, and tell me the manager would be in on Monday or Tuesday between 8am and 5pm. I do not plan to stay here anymore. Unfortunately, I can't seem to upload the pictures 😕
