因為那邊住宿很貴選擇又有限，這個酒店整天來説還可以。訂的時候不要定那個普通房型，會被安排在2樓 這個2樓相當於地下室的概念，前台在4樓，泳池在3樓，可以想象有多陰。還有前台有個叫Yuki的工作人員很不專業，遇到避雷

The Vice Roy is my home away from home! I have enjoyed my stay every time and come at least once a year. They are very pet friendly and the staff is amazing and helpful.

The property and the service from everyone were great. We ended up going to Aspen as there are more bars/restaurants to go to. The gondolas at both Snowmass and Aspen are fun, especially in Aspen.

A premium hotel that did not have towels in the room to get started and we didn’t realized till late at night.
Dropped our bags off and went to explore.
Next up and this is the absolute worst part to be kept up from 230 to 445 AM to banging and drilling.
This is unacceptable. Waiting to here about why and a compensation resolution.

This property charged $50 per night of stay for Valet parking; when we arrived, they said Valet was the only possible way to park and neither ******* nor the resort informed me about the parking charges, so when I checked out, this came as a surprise. Would have preferred to be informed.

Great property and tremendous service. Staff was fabulous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Talk to the parking valets for tips on local sites and eats. Aspen in general is pricey and the Viceroy is no exception. Be prepared to pay double the price for food, etc over most areas.
