Hotel Villa Brinkly

This place need some renovation and frendlier staff. Location is beautiful but can not compensate for lack in hospitality. No one was there except to unlock, no breakfast ( should have checked but forgot). Maybe this place was good back in the days?

Hotel Brinly is "a hidden gem" in Snekkersten, close to Elsinore, extremely close to the sea and with an ambience, that you cannot avoid to fall in love with. Except from that - the food is fantastic, service friendly and exceptionel. I just found out today after having lived close to Hotel Brinkly for several years. My mistake! Go there, and you will not be disappointed!!!

Delightful and restful stay Beautiful location between woods and water, peaceful and lovely inn, with kind and welcoming hosts; comfortable rooms. Close to art museum Louisiana, and Helsingor, for further exploration, bicycles available, walking trails. Splendid breakfast with many choices, and we enjoyed an excellent dinner prepared by our fine host and chef.

Loved staying at. Villa Brinkley! Eric and Annette make the place feel like home. Right across from a beach, fine food, friendly, warm atmosphere. Hoping to return there!!!

The building seemed quite old but the same time kept fresh and nice. Some kind of historical building, but I didn't got into the story of it since most of the "scripts" were in Danish. The rooms where a few but spacious with all the equipment one would ask. Some of them have direct access to the backyard where the owners grow their own herbs and veges! Somewhere in a corner of the back yard you can find a pair of Guinea pigs chilling and eating their greens. The interior is decorated in 1900's style which makes it very charming. The owners have filled the common rooms with small details which giving an insight of the Danish and sea culture. There is a barell-shaped minibar in the entrance with some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In the breakfast buffet room there 24/7 coffee/tea station for you to use. The hotel offers lunch and dinner but we unfortunately didn't had the time to eat there as well. The stuff is friendly and helpful even they've been working all day long, very big plus. Really easy to find location with the beach at close proximity, access to a gorgeous forest-park, and 10-15 min drive to the center of Helsingør. Looking forward to visit them again. Strongly recommended. For me 10/10!

This is the second time I have stayed at this very cozy family-run hotel. The hotel has a fantastic garden behind the house, where you can relax. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is absolutely fantastic, the hosts prepare the food themselves, which is healthy and good. There are great swimming beaches directly across the street. The service is also very good
