There were roaches in my room which was 106. The couch in the room was stained badly. Upon noticing this I immediately took pics of the discrepancies,  notified front desk and checked out. I’m am presently still awaiting a refund.

Staff unfriendly, gave us wrong key to occupied rooms, exterior entry doors do not lock at night for safety, smelled like **** limited towels (2) breakfast was poor quality. Do not recommend!

Relaxing environment
Close enough to the places we wanted to go see. Price wasn’t bad. Couldn’t complain about room and area being quiet. I read harsh reviews and found them a bit too much. Considering I could have spend a lot more money and if I wanted to find something wrong I could anywhere.
The staff was nice and answered any questions we had.

Never enough towels for two people. Breakfast closes at 9, which is too early for me. Coffee machine in room didn't work.

The temperatures the week i stayed where in the 40s at night and in the 60s for a high for tgat week. The indoor pool was freezing because there said it should be warm enough outside this time of year so they had the pool heater turned off. It was supposed to be an indoor heated pool and the only reason that I chose this hotel.

Really BAD experience!
If you want to get treated like you don’t matter to this hotel, then please stay here. You’ll look forward to arguing with the front staff & the room service. You want to go chasing (or being bounced around) the staff for things like towels, toilet paper, keys that actually work & be told to complain to the manager about the hotel providing room service ONLY every two days, then this is thee place for you to stay! Will not come back here as I shouldn’t have to be chasing staff for simple things are are supposed to be provided (and upon asking for them) by the hotel. I had to snap at the front desk staff in order for them to put in effort to get me toilet paper! Also, for a non-smoking hotel, this place was a full on smoking 1st & 2nd floor. welcome your sanity aboard!

Multiple outlets were not working for my computer and for charging my devices. Breakfast was scarce. Hardly anything to choose from. Bed was comfortable and that was the most important thing.
