Style over substance and they don't even achieve style. This place is not cheap so we were shocked at the lack of facilities. The pool is tiny, freezing and surrounded by only a handful of seats. The washing facilities are woeful. There are no where near enough sinks, showers and toilets for the size of the site. Plus there was no hot water. When we complained, we were told that no one had ever mentioned a problem with the hot water. A quick scan of the online reviews tells you otherwise. I'm not sure why the staff chose to lie about this. They have plenty of space so I don't understand why the washing facilities are so limited. Furthermore, they should get new cleaners as they were very dirty. You have to preorder bread and there are no vegan options. There is also very little shade. The shuttle to the park is ludicrously expensive. There is no shop. We left after only one night and went somewhere much cheaper with far better facilities and staff who actually cared about our experience and didn't lie to us. It took far too long to sort out the early departure and refund. Of our 2 week holiday this place was the most expensive and by far the worst.

The beds are so good and comfy rooms 10/10 resturant i would give 11/10 if i could and the camp, location and everything is so good. The national park is so beautiful and the camp has the best view from the restaurant. Unfortunately it was winter so we couldn’t swim in the pool but im gonna come on summer.

We stayed here for two nights with our 10yo daughter. Mobile homes are very good, all you need is there. restaurants is very good as well and mid price range. Pool area was not too crowdy and it was pleasant to swim. Plitvice national park is not so far away so we recommend this for staying while visiting Plitvice lakes. Overall experience was very good.

Very nice place... well organised, clean, new... very friendly staff... we stayed here 1 night to visit Plitvice park... they have all the modern facilities and are pet-friendly... beautiful view over the mountains.. large and clean showers

Really well located for visting the lakes and the site van service to either entrance is great at 40 Euros for 2 days shuttle service for two of us. Looks expensive at first but overall good value. Restaurant on site surprisingly good and 10% discount for campers. Free coffee at breakfast. Facilities excellent, clean and warm. Kitty litter pitch surface which drained well in the monsoon we got. The site is up high so weather and temperature as expected in late Sept. Would 100% re-visit

The camping is calm and quiet, so it has that in his favour. Also, it is incredible close (by car) to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is its main advantage. Nevertheless, prices are incredibly expensive, including the stay, as well as meals, and check-out time is way too early (10 am). Also, the breakfast scheme doesn't work well, encouraging food waste, with people not being able to buy only part of the huge sets of food they have to sell. This was the only hotel I chose in my trip without proper research, because it was recommended to me, but considering the amount of hotels and housing possibilities I saw on location, if it was today I would definitely done a thorough research and chose a different option.

You need a car!
Very nice site and friendly helpful staff.
Unfortunately the site is remote with no walkable footpaths and you are therefore reliant on a shuttle bus for everything. There is not even a convenience shop on site.
