Приятное место, чтобы остановиться на ночь. Завтрак входит в стоимость, его выбирают из меню накануне. Подают к определенному времени, все очень продуманно и вкусно. Есть милый задний дворик с шикарным газоном, детскими качелями и горкой, навесом и мангальной зоной. Номера чистые и опрятные, я не любитель выискивать недостатки, поэтому мне все понравилось. Матрасы добротные, спать удобно, есть вентилятор, на окнах сетка. В коридорах стоит кулер, есть гладилка. Отель находится недалеко от центра, расположен на улице с крутым уклоном, так что пожилым и с коляской нужно это учитывать.

Хорошая гостиница в центре города. Улица расположена в овраге , поэтому ходить надо вверх- вниз по холму, это немного утомляет. Основное всё есть , кроме чайника ( их разобрали по номерам) . В холле есть кулер. Завтрак входит в стоимость : каша, омлет / блинчики, выпечка. Кофе растворимый. Хлеб не самый свежий, но выпечка своя. Окно в номере было на внутренний двор. Тишина и спокойствие, жаль не посидеть - в ноябре было дождливо, а летом я думаю уютно.

Замечательное тихое место в самом центре Смоленска. Чисто. Парковка под отелем. Окна выходили в сад, утром поют птицы. Москитные сетки на окнах. Админы душки,внимательные,вежливые.Красота. Хороший завтрак. Мы здесь частые гости).

Уютный отель в близи от центральных улиц города Смоленск. Все, что необходимо присутствует, чисто, спокойно, душевно. Могу отметить милый дворик, приятную подачу завтрака на выбор из трех вариантов, доброжелательный персонал. Спасибо.

Всем рекомендую этот отель. Расположен в самом центре города, очень вкусный завтрак, приветливый персонал, своя парковка у отеля, шикарный внутренний дворик, где можно провести время время наедине с природой. Обязательно приеду снова!

Останавливались в этом отеле на две ночи в номере люкс.Плюсы:добродушные администраторы ,вкусный завтрак(повару спасибо!) и удачное расположение отеля. Из минусов: пришлось бегать за горничной, чтобы получить гигиенические принадлежности,чайный набор, номер не убирали.Подушки в номере -это нечто из пух-пера, не менявшиеся лет десять. Звукоизоляции нет ,от слова совсем. Мы слышали, как дышит сосед за стеной, не говоря уж о других, более громких звуках. Отзывы с минусами отель на своем сайте удаляет) С учетом всех недочетов, рекомендовать отель не буду.

Достоинства и недостатки описаны другими постояльцами. Я пишу о минусах, что не конкретизированы ранее. Останавливались на ночь. Номер был на втором этаже. Сильный тошнотворный запах из канализации, горячие батареи и отсутствие шумоизоляции - обеспечили головную боль с утра. Отдельно хочу выделить принимающего администратора, не знаю имени, поскольку бэйджа не было (корпулентная блондинистая дама), спасибо, что не обматериала, хотя видно было, что очень хотелось. Возможно, она протеже хозяев, иначе невозможно объяснить наличие такого недружелюбного администратора в гостевом доме.
