Tru by Hilton Smithfield I-95

The place was clean. The staff was unusually helpful. The gentleman that sets up the breakfast was just amazing.

One of the nicest and pleasurable hotel experiences ive ever had top to bottom if i had one negative id say the lack of microwaves in the rooms was the only negative but thats minimal compared to all the positives, indoor pool was great not cold but perfect for an enjoyable swim, room was spotless, the hot breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful when asked any questions & the comfortable common areas inside and outside were one of the highlights for me just an 10/10 rating for me!!

Good stay for the price. The rooms were fine, they offered the basic amenities-tv, fridge. There was no microwave but you didn’t need it. The rooms were a comfortable temp easily adjusted but the wall thermostat. The bathroom was a good size and had all the amenities-conditioner, soaps etc. The breakfast was good- hot meals. I did think there was a restaurant but there were plenty of options very close by. My only complaint was that the elevator smelled of vomit.

I generally had a good stay. The day of checkout, I slipped in the shower because it was slippery. I was able to stand and walk on the ankle. I began to drive home to New Jersey and needed to fill up on gas and could not apply pressure to my ankle.

I highly recommend the Tru in Smithfield The room was clean and comfortable. I had a minor issue with the television (a partially broken network cable) which I easily corrected. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only negative point is really just my opinion: the breakfast didn't have any real variety; however, I came to sleep, not eat!
