The room is new and clean but very small. Be careful, hot water is limited to only one shower, bath tub is useless. I had a hell of a time parking my car during the traffic was busy. Even during little traffic, you have to drive on a crosswalk in the middle of the intersection. I guess this may be acceptable for Japanese drivers but not OK for foreigners
