We made a reservation here for Bongo with Dog (so dogs are welcome). Ideally located close to the city center with a private parking at the side of the hotel (for a fix price). Very friendly and personnel and great service. The room was nice an clean, simple but good. Excellent breakfast buffet with sufficient choice. Keep it simple but good is the motto. The hotel has no restaurant, but within 10 minutes you are in the center with more than sufficient choices to go for dinner. Nice stay!

Basic... Hygienic could be much better, but the positive is a good shower, quiet location and on the ground floor. Own parking space and a lot of work to be done on the garden. New owner is very friendly and helpful. We wish the owner every success in running hotel Le Provencal.

Really friendly hotel, the manager made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and cosy in the late November weather. It is on a quiet street but only a short walk from the centre.

Leuke ontvangst in een gemoedelijk hotel. Zeer behulpzaam. Prima kamer, wat klein maar was geen probleem. Was gelijkvloers wat voor mij zeer goed was ivm loopbeperking. Goede badkamer en douche. Ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid. Goed verzorgd. Pal bij het centrum voor terrassen en restaurants. Het is ons prima bevallen in dit hotel, heerlijk rustig. Geen last van het centrum. Wij komen zeker terug.

Leuk hotel, ruime kamer. Het ontbijt heeft voldoende keuze. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, het is een klein familiebedrijf. Het ligt dicht bij het centrum van Sluis. De fietsen (zonder ondersteuning) waren prima. We hebben genoten. Parkeermogelijkheid aanwezig.

Locatie prima, vlakbij centrum. Mooie ruime lichte fam.kamer met uitzicht op grote tuin! Heerlijk om even te zitten! Parkeren bij hotel, echter wel 8.95 betalen. Ontbijt prima. Ontvangst en personeel erg vriendelijk!! Prijs/kwaliteit oké!!!

Nous avons seulement mangé. Nous avons très bien mangé. Menus présentés : très bien Accueil et services chaleureux. Cadre: sympa et propre. Parking aisé sur la place en face après la fin de la zone bleue. La zone bleue se termine à 18h. Nous retournerions volontiers manger dans cet établissement et pourquoi pas tester l'hôtel.
