"We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure."
"This is a reasonable location for London travelers, the hotel does not operate it's own parking but uses a private parking behind that charges £16 per night without. The hotel price was reasonable that we paid for which includes two breakfast as well. However, don't expect too much from the breakfast, and we were disappointed with the quality of the foods and the variety of choices are not that many either. When you come to this hotel, first impression was that you are like landed in India."
"I stayed for one night .tge hotel took a deposit of £50 on my credit card and it’s been 4 weeks it has not refunded back . I went back to enquire on my next visit after 3 weeks and the manager said they will do a force refund from the accounts department but still my deposit is showing pending .
Can you please release the deposit as it’s been 4 weeks since my stay"
"The hotel floor is not high, the room is still big, we are on the 3rd floor, but the room has a musty smell because the window is sealed. The front desk was very polite, saw children, and gave lollipop chocolate. Close to Heathrow, I met a lot of air stewardesses. Seeing the familiarity of the front desk, it was fixed. But it is not convenient to eat around. The hotel's own restaurant is very good. The front desk took the initiative to give the card and can get a 30% discount. If you go back to the city to catch a plane, it is recommended"
"Stayed for a night at this hotel for a short getaway to Windsor Castle with 2 friends. The location wasn't in the centre but not difficult to get to, we actually walked maybe 30 minutes to get to the hotel and another 30 minutes to the Castle, which was a really pretty area. The room itself was REALLY nice, big comfortable beds, nice TV (although we forgot the firestick and don't think it was smart TV), tea/coffee and kettle provided, bathroom was clean although kinda hard to work the hot water. Overall, we really liked the hotel minus the fact that our next door neighbour's kids were making a lot of noise and it was really hard to sleep, maybe because our rooms had a connecting door (that was locked) but we could hear the parents talking around midnight and the kids woke up screaming at 5am!! so was unable to get a good nights rest. I think if we had a different room without the connecting doors, it would have been fine. The staff was lovely though when we told her the next day, she said they would have changed the room for us but there was no use changing rooms at 5am when we were checking out at 10am. Also, I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a cute little dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste! I recommend staying here but do ask about if your room has connecting doors as you may want to avoid that."
"Eveyrbtinh is great apart from the fact that the hotel carpark is only available after 6pm. Lucky I got a space at the meter in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest carpark is another 10-15 min walk. Everything else is great."
"Lovely premier Inn free parking across the road didn’t have much interaction with the staff. Room was lovely bed was massive even with a 6ft 3 sleeping in it ! Would definitely recommend and would stay again."
"The trip went very well. I enjoyed every bit of my Stay. It was very close to immunities and local conveniences without the need to go very far with equal access routes to work and to conveniences will definitely be coming again. Thank you Copthorne keep up the good work. "
"Near the airport, there is a direct bus.
It is a cozy small hotel, the room is newly renovated, very clean and elegant.
Free parking is available, and there are several restaurants in the town but not many choices."

Very Good
GGuest UserThis was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money.
Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room.
Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower.
Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star.
OOllieSmithFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).
GGuest UserHotel is clean and a short cab ride away from the train station.
It was £15 to check in early which felt a little expensive but after a long drive we decided to pay. It would be nice if this could be a benefit for loyalty to the hotels.
Unfortunately, the alarm went off in the early hours and continued for over an hour which meant that we did not get a good night’s sleep. A breakfast voucher would have been appreciated for the inconvenience.
IImran SorathiaExcellent stay!
Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, check-in was smooth, and communication with the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had all essentials for a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
GGuest UserWe had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.
XXINThe hotel is very very very remote. It is estimated that there is no more remoteness in the place of slough. There are no street lights outside at night, and it is close to the main road. It is dangerous to walk out. The clerk service is very welcoming, and there will be a lot of help. Room facilities are general and the lighting is dark. The breakfast was very good, there were not many cold meals for the buffet, but there was a free hot meal and it tasted good.
MMr-0001The room is very good, the facilities are complete, and the environment is beautiful. It is a good place for home travel and an excellent wonderland to experience exotic customs. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come. I am really happy about this trip.
RRajni MahzabinAdequate hotel for the price.
Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable.
Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.
