Adequate hotel for the price.
Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable.
Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.
The hotel is very very very remote. It is estimated that there is no more remoteness in the place of slough. There are no street lights outside at night, and it is close to the main road. It is dangerous to walk out. The clerk service is very welcoming, and there will be a lot of help. Room facilities are general and the lighting is dark. The breakfast was very good, there were not many cold meals for the buffet, but there was a free hot meal and it tasted good.

The first stop to stay in the UK, not too far from the airport, suitable for driving. I arrived late and there was no front desk reception. There were guest rooms on both sides of the road and free parking spaces in the courtyard. Breakfast is a traditional English breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby. No merit, no fault.
There is plenty of space in the living room and rooms. The whole environment is very clean. The bathtub is very big and my daughter loves it very much. Will definitely come back in the future.
Near the airport, there is a direct bus.
It is a cozy small hotel, the room is newly renovated, very clean and elegant.
Free parking is available, and there are several restaurants in the town but not many choices.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in Slough, London.
Definitely will live there if I will visit Slough next time. Nice staff, nice food, nice rooms.
CCHIAOYUNIt is very convenient to go to Windsor Castle or the airport the next day. You need to write your nationality and name for check-in. This is a strange request I haven't heard of in the UK for many years. Buy 9.9 pounds of breakfast to show your ID to pay cash. But you can pay cash directly in the restaurant the next day. It didn’t feel good, but the room was comfortable.
CChris HauptTried calling the hotel to find out about the shuttle to see if I could get from the airport to the hotel, phone rang endlessly, no response. Eventually had to get a very expensive taxi since information was hard to come by (Google maps doesn't include the H5H bus service which is turns out is the one to get). It's worth noting that the shuttle price not included in the exorbitant room fee, neither is breakfast. The following morning I called the front desk several times from the bedroom phone, again ringing endlessly, no response. Must have tried for about 10 minutes.
Shower faucets and fixings were missing covers making the shower look neglected. Bedroom lights didn't have any convenient way to turn them off before going to bed meaning having to fumble around to get the many lights turned off. Light switches were only positioned next to one of the two single beds.
Breakfast was decent with a slightly better selection than other hotels, but for the price of £25 I would absolutely have avoided it if I had any other options.
Bar the stunning interior and above-average breakfast selection this is a bog-standard hotel, not worth the asking price at all.
GGuest UserVery good customer service amazing staff very kind was relocated due to an issue and Alex I believe gave me and my daughter a family room really appreciate it thank you all very much
RRachelThough everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday.
The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child.
There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me!
We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us.
I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building.
Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay.
I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?
JJon H DaviesHotel is clean and functional ideal for a stopover. Good hot buffet breakfast for a budget hotel.
Car parking is expensive at £16 for an overnight but it’s very convenient for the hotel.
There does not appear to be a Hoppa bus for the holiday Inn express at terminal 5 which is a bit of a pain. We took a taxi but there is a London bus service a short walk from the hotel.
GGuest UserLovely place. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch, as was the 24-hour bar. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It’s so close to the station and cheap! Recommend!
GGuest UserWe had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.
