The Ibis Budget Hotel, 700 bath road is the worst hotel, I’ve ever stayed at. The first room we were given was smelly, had no soap in the soap dispenser and was in disrepair. We were moved to 247 and it also smells badly and the tv doesn’t work. We were placed here by British Airways,who are now a shameful company who don’t focus on customer service. Shocking.

Lack of blue badge spaces. Parked for 40 minutes whilst dropping my bags off. Long queues inside. Came home to a £140 parking fine. Would not stay again. Thoroughly disappointed. Having stayed in Accor hotel all over Europe. This has been the worst.

We arrived the hotel around 2030 after 12+ hours flight. Waited a while for checking in. Really shocked to see that the room we got not tidy up. Went back to check in counter. Got the second room and same problem. Got the third room and sofa bed not setting up. More problem in the morning as taxi I booked only referred to my first room number and got the wrong car size even though I reminded the receptionist to make sure to change my taxi booking info. I know this is kind of budget hotel but a little touch on service will make this a very nice hotel

Arrived at hotel quite late, check-in speedy and no issues. The room was very clean, large and nice. However the issue was noise. No soft door closers caused banging in corridors however more of an issue was the high pitched alarm in room which was continuous and the team advised nothing could be done about it. This resulted in no sleep at all. Following morning all lifts were broken resulting in crowding on the stairs with everybody carrying heavy cases. Disappointing
