Horrific stay the water was cold, everything in the room is broken and staff don't even try to do anything about it

it’s a tiny small room. sometimes a bit noisy but not often

The place was great and friendly staff who guided me to my room. The room was clean and well organised.

Popular for Indian weddings, too noicy a lot kids running around unsupervised by parents.

The hotel was absolutely poor! It took 45 mins to find the main reception as it was not clear of where to go I’ve attached three images the headboard is broken which is a major safety hazard, the AC was not working and the room was far too hot the light was broken which Is another safety factor and the floor was not clean as there was a ball of hair I am so disappointed I would like a refund as this was not worth £67!

Dirty, smelly, rusted. Had an awful experience. Would never step foot there ever again.

Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.

Good hotel needs the hot water sorting out at times an tv signal other then that perfect

Very old basic rooms stains on duvet cover.Basic accommodation and rooms nothing like that advertised on site.Definately need a car as I walked from train station with a bag.Reception staff friendly enough at check-in.Appears to have an in-house bar and Indian restaurant along with wedding venue for Indian wedding/party's. Would I stay again... Definitely not!

Don't be fooled by the photos of this place. It was like Fawlty Towers. Difficult to find the hotel to start with as there's no signage once you enter through the locked gates. The building marked Baylis House seems to be a disused restaurant and was empty. The Reception was quite a long way away from the building with rooms in it. At least there was clean bed linen and towels... but that is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. No heating, no hot water, our room looked out on some sort of scrap yard, only 2 teabags and some member of staff actually opened our door while we were in bed, despite it being 'locked'. NEVER AGAIN!!
