Could and should be nice. Great location…….comfortable bed with good linen. However, the scruffy and untidy front and rear means most people would walk past, just an unattractive proposition. The scruffy paintwork outside, and in the room, may be considered a little heavy duty maintenance but the very rusty toilet roll dispenser, 3 mismatched hangars in the wardrobe and delaminating shelf (the only one in the room!) are all low cost, easy items that should have been picked up some time ago. We didn’t stay for breakfast as the kitchen is open to view from the bottom of the stairs and it didn’t fill us with confidence or comfort. No drawer or shelf storage…….so those 3 random hangars were more significant. Shame………

My initial room on a lower floor had street noise but the front staff moved me to a higher floor where the street noise was less perceptible. The room was adequate for my trip. I didn't eat the breakfast because of an early train departure.

Sixteen of us arrived a couple of weeks ago as part of a wedding party, check in was smooth, a very special mention to ”Grace” on reception a very friendly person that went out of her way in every way for us, always had a smile for everyone A few people mentioned the breakfast being below standard, small plates etc. the plates might have been a bit small, but it did not stop anyone going back up again for a second helping basic yes but plenty of hot and cold food, delicious coffee from a dispenser Not sure if it was us or what? but they ran out of Stella and Becks and were never replenished for the following day pity really as there wasn't much choice of beers Our room was basic with a very comfortable bed with fresh sheets and a nice bathroom with a nice size walk in shower, cleaners do a good job no complaints there Overall, not too bad just basic

We chose to stay in Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 was primarily for convenience as we had a flight the following morning. There was some up and down mainly due to initial impression from front desk (very rude and unhelpful).
Pro's
- Clean room
- Spacious
- Bed was confortable
- Decent view
- Assisted with printing off paper work for our flight
- Shuttle to airport is available*
Con's
- Front desk was very unwelcoming and rude (had issue with checking in, due to some issue with C-Trips representative payment not working; though we paid and secured room via C-Trip several day before which included an invoice and email confirmation; Front desk did not help and didnt want to assist ”deal with it yourself” attitude)> very distressing as we potentially had to pay again for the room (making us pay twice).
- Hourly airport shuttle available but had to pay (should have inform guest, rather than finding out when we got onto the shuttle bus and catching us by surprise, as we would have rather booked a taxi)
- Abit secluded

I know i will arrive London Heathrow late. So I tried to choose a hotel not far from airport to crash out a night before heading to London. I choose Holiday Inn Slough Windsor because I think instead of stay in airport hotel, at least I can go take a look at Windsor castle in the morning - there is no much different between 20 minutes Uber and 12 minutes to most of the airport hotel near Heathrow Airport. In fact I arrived 4 hours later than I should be - checking in after midnight...very smooth. As I am Platinum member of IHG member , I was pre-assigned executive room on 8th floor. Looking inside room, I have to say this room is better than my expectation of Holiday Inn: with Lavazza Coffee Machine, with slipper and all necessary amenities. In the morning I called a Uber to Windsor Castle just take a look. It cost between 7 - 9 pounds one way, about 8 minutes. Hotel to Slough Station, another 8 pound, about 6 minutes. Slough Station to Paddington, 10.8 pounds on GWR , 18 minutes. Overall the 2 hotel staffs I met, all very kind and friendly, everything is very smooth, everything works. It is by far better than a convenient hotel only , it is a very decent hotel and especially if you drive , there is ample car park, and good value to visit London and nearby area.

Though everything was fine with the hotel. I was told on arrival I had booked the wrong room type for myself, partner and 7 year old daughter. Even though on my booking it said 2 adults and a 7 year old and I made a note it was her birthday.
The booking also stated max capacity in room 3. Max 2 adults, soda bed for a child.
There was a pull out sofa bed, but when we got up to the room, it wasn't made, I called to get bedding and was told I booked the wrong room...I said you just checked us into the room downstairs and saw I had a child with me, you even just wished her happy bday! I said where do you expect her to sleep? They said they would move us to a family room but we're too booked. I said I just need bedding for the sofa bed in here, he said they don't have pull out sofa beds,I was confused as there was one right in front of me!
We then eventually at 9pm got bedding Sent up....but no one made the bed, they just dumped in on us.
I also booked a room with a city view? Which we couldn't see-only a roof of a building.
Whilst most things were fine and they did eventually sort us out. With a tied 7 year old after a long day it wasn't the greatest way to start our stay.
I'm not sure if it's a problem the hotel end or the booking via this app?

Great little find this place! In an ideal spot, easy to find. Surrounded by loads of local shops plus the usual Aldi,Poundland,B&M Iceland’s etc. the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on! A selection of cereal toast and fruit with all the condiments followed by a full English which was lovely! The host was very friendly and very helpful. Also free parking. Stayed here for a few nights whilst on a course, the hotel is very comfortable and decorated well. The room had a good bed, good size TV and walk in shower. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional and friendly. The pool and spa looked amazing, only negative was the temperature of the steam room and sauna was so high it takes your face off, too uncomfortable to stay in for more than 1 minute,

Although the room is small and well-equipped, British hotels also maximize the use of space. The room is small, very compact, clean and hygienic, and the details of the room are user-friendly, such as the window switch handle with a limit design; the quality of the bedding can be compared to an English breakfast Simple, with vegetables🥬, fruits, bacon, coffee machine with many types of coffee, and hot milk options; warm service at the front desk; car number registration required at the front desk; convenient parking; spacious yard, green plant fence, and autumn colors. We rented a car at London Heathrow Airport and drove to the hotel at night. It was our first time to drive a right-hand drive car in the UK. The car and the road were unfamiliar. We drove many times on the road near the hotel. Finally, we asked for directions at a nearby gas station⛽️. Come on, the lady volunteered to drive and lead us to the hotel entrance. The appearance of the hotel does not have the green color of the holiday inn shown by Ctrip. There are no neon lights at night. The hotel does not have many floors and is difficult to find on the highway.

JJAYD OfficialUpon arriving at the hotel i was quickly checked in and upgraded to a better room on a high floor with a view. The hotel is located on London Road and there are regular buses to and from Heathrow airport.
I have also have full buffet breakfast included in my booking and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel.
Great value for money and convenient location for Heathrow airport.
WWaa YumThere is plenty of space in the living room and rooms. The whole environment is very clean. The bathtub is very big and my daughter loves it very much. Will definitely come back in the future.
GGuest UserThis hotel has such friendly informative and attentive staff which are all a credit to their Employers . JULIAN went extra mile to share his obvious love for his role and his knowledge of local wildlife should be put to better use. The location is surrounded by beautiful animals such as deer and birds such as kites herons parquetts and chiff chaff. Its a shame the hotel do not promote his ideal location and wealth of wildlife such as walking trails and knowledge boards because they really are missing a trick especially for family's with young children. I am sure local RSVP Could help them with this along with walking clubs etc. Just a mention to restaurant staff at night food great well balanced and priced really well. Overall a fantastic stay.
GGuest UserWhat a shocking experience! We had a late flight in from Heathrow and so this room was booked on our behalf. The room itself seems passable on arrival but then the drama unfolded. The room was hot yet if one opened a window the noise emanating from outside was unbearable. Throughout the night an electric noise (washing machine?) emanated through the room continuously. The smell was overpowering - the fridge provided had not been opened or plugged in for ages. Of the 4 plugpoints in the room one had been boarded up, the second had a television and kettle plugged in, the third was loose in the wall and the switch didn't work rendering one in working order. The bathroom was tiny as well as dirty, the door couldn't close properly as the door frame was broken. The shower had no drain cover and a smell was emanating from there. The toilet had no flusher, we had to insert our fingers into the hole to press a pin!The restaurant was closing as we arrived and no assistance was provided in terms of where we could get a late night meal. All in all a dreadful experience, one which will not happen again. Sleeping at the airport would have been more preferable.
GGuest UserI really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. ”Bianca's Hotel” was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this ”hotel” plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.
GGuest UserThe room was a good size, clean and airy, I felt very welcome and the manager explained everything well, I especially enjoyed the coffee in my room and it was enough to make my stay more enjoyable as I am a big coffee fan, would recommend this hotel very much !!!
