Great little find this place! In an ideal spot, easy to find. Surrounded by loads of local shops plus the usual Aldi,Poundland,B&M Iceland’s etc. the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on! A selection of cereal toast and fruit with all the condiments followed by a full English which was lovely! The host was very friendly and very helpful. Also free parking. We go on holiday twice yearly and if flying from Heathrow will definitely look this place up first
Premier Inn Slough

I have been stopping at this hotel for the last 2 years on business (apart from going home at the weekends) and find the staff extremely friendly, especially Aman who takes time out to allocate the same rooms for us every week. The rooms are extremly clean (hats off to the cleaning staff) and comfortable. I will continue to stay here as long as the outstanding service continues. Well done to all of your staff and your friendly attitudes.
Premier Inn Slough Central South

My family and I stayed here when visiting Legoland. As expected with a Premier Inn the room was clean and the food was fine for a short family getaway. The staff were great and overall I had no problems with my stay. However the parking situation is atrocious. The hotel has an agreement with the car park at the rear but you can only park there after 18:30 on weekdays and have to move your car by 08:30 the following day. On check in I registered my vehicle using the tablet next to the check in desk and all appeared fine. However a week or so after the trip I got a Parking Charge Notice for £100 (reduced to £60) if paid within 14 days. I didn't worry I simply appealed with a copy of my Premier Inn booking thinking that would be it. Nope, apparently I should have input my registration on the second night as well (nobody told me this). I attempted to contact the hotel to ask them to contact the car park company but there has been no reply to my emails. I have now had to write a lengthy appeal to an organisation called POPLA. I believe it is within Premier Inns gift to have the parking company cancel the charge but to not even reply is not on. Please be careful if staying here as nobody wants to be paying these cowboy car park companies unnecessarily.
Bianca's House Hotel Heathrow Airport

I really got screwed with this booking. My flight was canceled, and I was a bit desperate for a place to stay overnight. ”Bianca's Hotel” was quite a bit cheaper than the places closer to the airport. So I booked it and took a taxi there. But the taxi driver couldn't find the place. We were in a residential neighborhood, not anywhere that you might expect to find a hotel. So I called the property, and the guy told me to get out at #1 Torridge Road and walk to #19, which seemed really weird. I asked him if there was a sign, and he said no. I mean, what kind of a hotel requires that you walk down a dark residential street looking for a place with no sign? When I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that, he suggested that I just cancel, and mentioned that he could get 500 GPB for the room (I had paid ~200). I was pretty sketched out at this point, so I just cancelled and went back to the airport. Later on, I tried to get a refund, and he refused. He also blocked my calls and marked me as a no-show. So now I'm out the 200 GBP for this ”hotel” plus the 60 GBP for the taxi there and back. And after all of that, I ended up just staying overnight at the airport. This place seems really scammy.

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at this hotel during our sons wedding. More than 25 rooms were booked from both our side and the bride's side. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had anticipated and it marred what should have been a joyful celebration. From the moment we arrived,we encountered numerous issiues. The check-in process was chaotic and poorly organised, leading to significant delays. Our guests were left waiting, which was particularly fustrating given the importance of the occasion. Additionally, the staff's attitude was less than professional. We encountered several instances of rudeness and indifference, which further compounded our fustration. They lacked adequate customer services. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. The accomodations themselves were subpar. Many rooms were not properly cleaned and some amenities listed on the website were either unavailable or in disrepair. This was unacceptable, especially for a hotel that markets itself as a premier venue. To make things worse, whilst checking out my son was told to pay £400 for a small damaged stool the found in the lounge. He denied that he had not caused any such damage but they still insisted he pay. When challenged to provide any proof or evidence, they couldn't comply. He initially paid the amount because he had other functions to attend later on. However having raised the issue with the general manager later on, he was then refunded that amount. Basically, he was persecuted for a crime he didn't commit. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor service, incompetant staff and overall disorganization made our stay incedibly stressful during what was supposed to be a happy celebration. I hope that future guests do not endure the same experienc we did. Breakfast not included and additional car parking charges.
