Kirxa Rooms and Suites

Malta is amazing!! We loved the location but we wouldn’t stay here again, the AC did not work the first two nights out of four (in the middle of summer), we were put into an accessible room even though we did not request it which meant that the water from the shower was everywhere in the bathroom as it was an open shower and also that we did not have a window we could open to provide light in the room or airflow, especially since the AC was not working. We contacted the management about the AC and they told us they would send someone out. They didn’t send someone for over two days and when they did, they said that the Aircon was working just fine and we must have done something wrong and that three people have come and fixed it. Why would three people come to fix it if it was working fine? When we returned to the room, it was fixed thankfully, I received an email from management saying there was nothing she could do given that the employee said that it was working fine - how could they know it was working fine on the two days they did not come and check it for us? Also no body wash/soap, or conditioner provided, just shampoo, and was asked to tidy and wash dishes with no soap.
