Decent Stay
Hotel location was nice, beds were just ok, clean room, no creamer for coffee bar which was very disappointing and I didn't try the breakfast because I heard it wasn't too good. So to each their own on that one. Lol

Arrived at 3:15 to check in. Room was not ready until 3:50 causing us to be late to event. No ice machine on second floor or I could not find and had to go to first floor for it.

Breakfast was disappointing. Our family had four chocolate milks. Two of the four were sour. And the eggs were cold.

Placed on first floor at the outer end. Very nice room, but when people came in/out slamming doors, yelling & laughing, it was quite noisy. If we stay again, will try a higher floor. Or, perhaps we’re staying at the wrong hotel for a quiet experience.

The hotel itself and the staff was amazing. HOWEVER, we are discovering bites all over our body right after leaving. This hotel has bed bugs. I’m so sad about it because that’s gross and it was such a nice hotel.

Bed was not very comfortable, pillows were flat. No exhaust fan in bathroom and the water made your skin feel slimy. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Didnt have issues the first time 2 years ago. Nice hotel though.
