This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The parking lot was well lit, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Best of all was the HOT breakfast every morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everyone were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the toilet was very low. We are in our 70's and I have to wear a large knee brace. If the toilets need to stay this low then add a rail on either side. But other than low toilets the Best Western in Slidell was great

Staff was courteous, rooms were very clean, common areas were clean, bkfst was good, and parking was easy. Only off mark was the sink; kept backing up with sludge. It cleared up after 30 mins on its own.

Nasty smelling rooms with holes in the sofa and dirty old carpets We didn’t even stay there went straight to another hotel The owner still charge us for three nights, but hopefully ******* is taking care of that

Budget hotel with good breakfast The building is dated and in need of renovations, but for the price relative to nearby properties, it seemed reasonable. Related to the age of the building, the carpet was old and of questionable cleanliness. The beds were comfortable though. The breakfast was good - we had omelettes, biscuits and gravy, along with pastries, bread, cereal, and waffles for the one morning we were there. A more expensive hotel would have a better breakfast, but I can't complain for the price paid. For things that mattered (beds, food), they delivered.

Not bad for the price and best hotel in the area A bit dated but quite. Pillows need to be changed out. Room attendant knocked on door at 9am to try and clean even though do not disturb was in place. Overall, 4-stars
