The rooms were clean and the hotel is nice. The staff very helpful. The location is a bit way from downtown or other restaurants but wasn't an issue for me. The only issue I had were the pillows. They are too big to sleep on woke up with my neck all messed up.

booking with this hotel came with a couple of surprises, the most upsetting one was calling in to ask what facilities they had, hearing of the sauna was the biggest perk; then after booking and arriving at the hotel come to find that the sauna was closed- somewhat disappointing (considering the reviews on the pool at Super 8 were somewhat ”cringy”) then upon arriving in the room the TV didn't work. So overall the kids were rather disappointed, therefore so was I. And in the past one booking with services online paying with my credit card meant not having to pay deposit, I don't know if that's a common thing for people or not but it kind of came as a shock to me that it didn't state anything about it nor was anything previously mentioned when I had called the hotel before booking. Other then those minor issues..... it was a place to sleep....
