We had a wonderful 10-night stay in July at this beautiful hotel. Danielo at reception was outstanding, helping organise excursions with care. Housekeeping kept our room spotless daily, and the bar and restaurant teams were consistently friendly and efficient. Julita from entertainment—her Aqua Gym sessions were a highlight! Excursions were mostly great, Pool small , swam in sea everyday Overall, a fantastic holiday with attentive staff, great facilities, and unforgettable memories. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

Wow, we've just finished a 7 day family break at Hotel Osimine. This is going to be a hard one to beat! Location: Absolutely stunning. You literally can't get better than this beautiful little lagoon. Crystal clear water, rolling hills, very tranquil. A private beach?! What could be better. Free pedalos, kayaks and paddle boards mean you can explore the water. Grab a snorkel and have a swim with the fish! Hotel: Immaculately clean, I saw cleaning colleagues out all day making sure the place was clean and tidy. The rooms are okay, I wish we had got a family suite or adjoining room as is it was but cramped for the four of us. But the balcony even with the 'partial sea view' was lovely. The sea is just blocked a little by the tree line. The staff were so lovely. Always on hand to help, the chap who does the pool and beach area always very helpful as were the bar staff. The gentleman in the main bar remembered us and our drinks order by the end of the holiday. If you try a bit of Croatian they are always happy to teach you. You never have to race for a sunbed, no morning queues. We always found a nice place to sit by the pool or beach. Food: Freshly cooked meat and veg dishes. We traveled with a vegetarian who found the vegi options a bit hit and miss. Some evenings they were delicious (roasted aubergine with mozzarella, garlicky corgette!) and a few evenings just plain gnocchi or pasta. If your kids or even the adults like familiar foods I think you would struggle here. Not a chicken nugget, burger or pizza in sight. Instead it's fresh fish, meat and veg with a varied salad bar and deserts. The beer is a bit like Carling and the wine is... just about drinkable! Things to consider: The whole place is cash only. Even the boat trips which is a lot of cash we aren't used to carrying. The pool is quite small and salt water. This wasn't an issue for us but if you want a big pool this place isn't for you. The nearest town is tiny and a 40 minute walk/ 15 minute bike ride away. Bikes are free but if you want to wander places, there isn't anywhere nearby. Overall a fantastic holiday with a very chilled out vibe. Would recommend

I spent 11 nights at this hotel having travelled with Jet2 Holiday. I have travelled extensively from Costa Rica and St Lucia in the west to India in the east and many of the hotels I have stayed in were all inclusive. When I first arrived at this hotel the first thing I did when I arrived in my room was open the door to the balcony. I couldn't believe the view. It was unbelievable and I thought at first it was a picture. One of the best views from a hotel I have ever had. Unfortunately it didn't stay like that as the second thing I noticed was a quite big yellow stain on the carpet. I am not sure if this was an iron burn or something more sinister but I chose not to stand on it. Other than that the room was fairly ordinary and kind if lacked any features. It was however kept very clean by the daily cleaners. The hotel in general lacked a bit of personality with most ot being paited white. Another thing that I found bizarre was what was classed as that lounge bar which was basically a large wide corridor which lead to the dining room. As a result it lacked atmosphere. The pool bar was small with white plastic tables and chairs most of which were damaged and in fairly poor condition. The area roundabout the pool also had a large selection of white plastic loungers so there was never a problem getting one although after lying on them for a short period they became uncomfortable. To be fair the hotel shop sold covers for them at €26 a pop. Next the food. I thought it was fair good and well cooked even if it nit the best I have ever had. Next the drinks and this was one of my biggest bug bears. I drink Bacardi/ white rum and nowadays virtually nothing else. My problem was that this place did not have any. Neither bacardi or cheaper white rum. I did try their dark rum but it tasted like someone had brewed it in a shed so I gave that a miss. As a result I was in bed most nights by 9.30. At the start of this I said that I have travelled extensively and never before have I come across a hotel that didn't stock white rum even the cheap stuff. Surely, on holiday, I should get to drink what I want to drink and not what a hotel dictates. Overall I think hotel is just a little bit scruffy but with a bit of investment could be upgraded instead of being down graded by Jet2. I would also suggest a mini bus or similar to get people into Slano as I was told it was a 20 minute walk but in the heat it took me more like 40 or 45 minutes Even if the hotel made a small charge for it it it cost me €10 for a taxi the first time then €15 the second time. Someone got their sums wrong !

A lovely modern hotel set in a beautiful idyllic location and within a 30 minute walk to Slano. There is a lovely walk along a coastal path leading from the hotel to the village. There are ample of bikes available at the hotel. The free use of pedaloes, kayaks, paddleboards was an added bonus. The pool area attendant worked very hard and patrolled the waterfront, doing his best to keep guests safe. The sunbeds have no cushions but the shop at the hotel sell them costing €18 and a must. The rooms were modern, spotless and aircon was perfect ( v quiet). The restaurant was never overcrowded and the food was fresh with ample of choice. All the staff are friendly and work very hard. Overall, we had a relaxing holiday. Will definitely return to Hotel Osmine.

We are on day 6 of our stay at the Osmine Hotel. Although it is a little remote, the hotel is spotless, so clean in fact I walked into the closed doors leading to the balcony in my room as they were so clean I thought they were open! The bed is probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in on holiday. The food is lovely, cooked fresh and a good variety. The staff aren’t over friendly but they’re polite, and our tables were cleared of plates and cutlery as soon as we had finished. The Hotel is situated right on the most beautiful private beach. The staff work hard to make sure everything is perfect. Literally the only down side was no kettle in the room for making a cuppa in the morning. Well done Hotel Osmine. Thank you for a lovely time.

Lovely hotel with the only sound being the chirruping of the birds from dawn to dusk. Boat trips organised from the beach to various places. Events every day but never went, so not sure if they were in English. Food was very good with some local dishes and lots of fish. Only negatives were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and access to tea or coffee limited to the times the restaurants or bars are open. Also, people without car hire found themselves a long way out of Dubrovnik and fairly stranded, with taxis costing a lot.

I’ll start with the positives. The hotel is in an absolutely beautiful location. Having access to canoes and boats with slides and bikes was brilliant. Cox and his wife from the entertainment team saved our holiday. They really are a credit to the hotel. And the cons…the food was terrible. As adults we struggled to find something to eat every day, every meal. The children lived off bread and butter and fruit as there was nothing suitable for them and they are not fussy eaters. The majority of the staff were grumpy, there’s an older gentleman that runs the breakfast service who smacked my daughter’s hand away from the pancake machine one morning. The first room we had was absolutely infested with ants. My youngest woke up with bites all over her, but luckily they moved us rooms. You couldn’t change your beach towels unless you left them in your room. I wouldn’t say this hotel is suitable for small children. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return, such a shame as this hotel has so much potential.

I really don’t know how this hotel has a 4 star rating. There is no kettle in the rooms, no access to drinking water, rooms aren’t cleaned every day and the food is mediocre. Our room had flaked paint from the woodwork on the floor on arrival, the room wasn’t hoovered at all in the week we stayed, although the bathroom was cleaned and towels replaced. On our last day, my daughter found a large hair in her omelette. Only one mentally staff appeared friendly , the rest were reserved to the point of being rude. The pillows on our beds were lumpy and unsuitable, although we did get replacements when we asked. Snacks were not varied or enticing, we were all inclusive. The hotel is literally miles from anywhere, which does provide a secluded beach, however with no access to drinking water it is limiting. My daughter walked to the village of Slano, and bought bottled water. The walk takes around an hour all in. During our stay we went on the island cruise, good value and very enjoyable. However, hotel staff seemed annoyed they had to book it for us. Payment is cash only. We also went to Montenegro on a day trip, booked via Jet2 . This is definitely worth doing. The beach is stunning, but the extremely uncomfortable sun loungers were awful! No cushions or covers available. All on, a beautiful setting somewhat tempered by a mediocre hotel experience.
