Rude staff , lazy . Durty villas with dirty place . Unfortunately this place got much worse and worse . Super expensive and not worth it at all . They have run out of breakfast food as well when we come in at around 10:00 They have run after us to Villa to make sure I pay bill , I had little child I have to put to sleep . I said I am not running away I am sleeping her and paid for 3 villas . Honestly DO NOT Waist your money

Nice location. Breakfast just perfect.Towels never in 3 days was changed. But for spa you need to pay. In bath room from Jacuzzi when we would like to use came a lot of dirty staff. Hotel trying after 1 month charge me for mini bar i never used. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Cleanliness in the rooms - not good enough …. dirty bath and hair in the bed….. for the money what we paid I expected cleanliness on a highest level. Dinner delicious, what I cannot say about breakfast - tasteless eggs and overcooked bacon. Cat walked freely in the restaurant…. actually this I would not even mention if this cat would not bit me while I tried to pet him. And finally massage was really nice :) Thank you

Have you ever walked out of the reataurant because of NO meal and service? After over an hour, we hadn’t been given even water. (This was when you were given water automatically after being seated.) The servers looked like they were arguing over who had to go out and serve people. We left and went to another restaurant, and that one was fine. the worst place i have visited!how does this cafe with no service really work??

Latvia & Latgale is famous of the numerous picturesque nature resorts. The Silene is one of the ambers of Latvian treasures, and for me personally, the best Family resort in Latgale. Looking forward to seeing this incredible place next year! Thank you

Alberge más que hotel. Pretendidss 4*. Personal muy amable, pero nada profesionales. Sala donde se come, en otros lugares llamarase salón comedor, sucia y helada. Menú a la carta precios elevados. Carta de vinos, precios fuera de toda lógica. Un CVNE corriente 35€. Habitación simple con excelentes vistas sobre el lago. Cuarto de baño aún sin limpiar de los clientes anteriores. Ubicación excelente, sitio natural magnífico En resumen, si pueden evitarlo, mejor no vayan. Se llevaran un disgusto, se sentirán defraudados.

Худшее из худших мест. Отсидели в холоде, а камин так и не зажгли. Принесли 150гр коньяка через 40 минут и бутылку вина. Ни одного блюда мы так и не дождались (в том числе и закуски) отождав 1 час 10 мин. Кроме нас в ресторане не быдо ни одного человека.

Добрый день я конечно знала, что не все гладко у этой базы отдыха, но что настолько ! Советую вам не доверять не свой отдых, не тем более свои мероприятия этому месту ! Персонал хамит и не умеет решать проблемы! Домики грязные и уже не свежие, все уже не соответствует фотографиям ! А самое главное у них информация на booking одна, а в реальности все иначе. Думали сняв виллу в лесу как и все сможем сделать барбекю, на что нам сказали нельзя ! Запрещено 🚫 мы считаемся парк а не база отдыха получается , но зато заказать гриль-шоу с их едой и поваром можно который так же делает это на гриле 😂и тут они уже не парк! еду есть невозможно- не вкусно ) ресторан ужасный ! В общем будьте аккуратнее с этим заведение прям сильно не советую, портить себе отдых и нервы ! На букинг все что указано, сауна , принадлежности для барбекю и джакузи этого всего тоже нет !
