Smelly roms, bad beds, no extra pillows, no food in restaurant. Spa was dirty, and the rooms had absolutly no good at all. In the breakfast there was no furniymture, but à LOT of space. The wiew from restaurant is the only good tjong about this hotel. You couldent even by chocolat in the reception

We visted the First Hotel and the destination Skövde for a winter sport holiday. At first the positive points the location on top of the hill and the near winter sport facilities. Unfriendly reception staff especially to non swedish speakers were very sad and the hotel and the interior equipment is very old and partly broken. During our one week stay water droped from the roof on many places e.g. reception, a lounge room near the restaurant and on the guest floors. The houskeeping service was never in our room during the whole stay.

”Old” standard. Hotel clearly in need of restoration. Dirty rugs with holes in corridors. When did you last see a hotel room with a bathtub? Friendly staff and nice breakfast though. Place has great potential if you invest some into it.

I got a new renovated room. And it was so but so comfortable, the bed was nice. And the room was great. The view at the breakfast time was unexpected and it gave us a smile on the face , the breakfast was average but the staff were very friendly
