The room was amazing. Had only small problems with the AC. The staff was very friendly. They kept our luggage until the night. It’s also 10-15 minutes away from the center (on foot).

A hotel at this level should have the same fundamental elements in all the same kind of rooms but they said they're out of slippers and waiting from the UK. Sheets and pillow were not clean enough for this standart hotel. Although some same kind of rooms have bathrobe or coffee machine some of them don't. They don't serve just one bottle of water for the guests and they overcharge. 1 bottle of water is 0,50 euro on the streets, 1,60 at the bar and 2,70 in the room. They don't provide fundamentals but they're so confident to overcharge for just one bottle of water without any hesitation. 2 elevators but one is out of use for a long time, you have to walk the stairs for 7-8 floors when it's rush. Reception is so slow to organize the guests. Note: only plus is location.

This property was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The lovely Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and warm and gave me the tour of the room and also recommended some restaurants and tourist routes for me to take. The location is just west of the Macedonian Square, so that made seeing all the sights very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, and the air-con was strong and made the heat of Skopje infinitely more bearable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained as well. Overall the service and the room were both excellent and I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Skopke!

Truly dreadful. I never complain about hotels but this place is a real piece of work. We paid for a superior room with Jacuzzi spa and when we checked in the bathroom floor was flooded. We told the staff who arranged for someone to come and clean up and all was well. Until we came back from a days exploring and tried to use the jacuzzi. Sewage water came up through the floor drains and flooded the bathroom. I told the lady at the front desk who was very nice and sent the manager up to our room to investigate. When Macedonian Basil Fawlty arrived, he proceeded to tell me that this is normal and that its not an issue. When I advised him that I didn't think wading through inches of sewage to use the loo was normal he accused us of causing the flooding ourselves and became rude to the point that I had to ask him to leave the room. I felt sorry for the poor girl on the front desk who clearly has to deal with the mans rudeness to guests on a regular basis. In addition the rooms are tired and in desperate need of some tlc. There was hole in our bed, led lighting peeling away from the wall (all of which I would probably have overlooked tbh)

I stayed on business for several days and can only say positive things. As a Hilton member I was allowed an early check-in, I was upgraded to a nicer room and breakfast was included complimentary. The hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but inside it is excellent: modern, clean and very well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast does not offer a huge variety, but it is more than adequate and everything is fresh and well presented. The restaurant also offers a lunch and dinner service with rather extensive menus. The gym is average size but all the equipment one might need is there and it is very well kept. There is also a fairly large pool that stays open until 10pm - a great feature. The hotel is located a 10-15 minute ride away from the center of town but there isn’t much of anything in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand it is quiet and relaxing, there isn’t any noise, so you can rest any time of day.

GgyftnfyxoyoeidjfThe Panoramika is a stylish, modern hotel overlooking the city from the hillside on the residential side of the river. The view from the Sky Bar Restaurant is beautiful, and the restaurant serves excellent food. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night in mid-September as part of a group tour of the Balkans, eating both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Our room (#112) was small but attractive and comfortable, decorated in modern Euro style. It was on the terrace side so it had no view. There were comfortable twin beds with two nightstands, but the outlets near them were occupied with plugs from the bed lights, a design oversight. There was a built-in closet that had adequate storage but was half-length. The bathroom was somewhat small but adequate, with a shower open to the vanity area that allowed water to be a slight problem in that area. There was a moderate amount of counter space. All in all, the Panoramika might be a comfortable choice for a stay in Skopje, but we would recommend upgrading your room for more space and a better view.

The air conditioner worked fine, and the fridge was nice to have. Or major issue was that the room stank of smoke, despite there being a no smoking sign. The sheets were not very comfortable, either. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however.

GGuest UserVery much enjoyed my (one night) stay in Hotel Centar. Everything about it was good. I arrived by bus to Skopje bus station and had a 10 minute walk to the hotel (slightly tricky, I may add, as the hotel is slightly off-centre and not terribly well signposted - but Google Maps to the rescue!) The hotel was very pleasant, staff extremely pleasant and helpful and the room quality was very good. Breakfast was included in the price and had lots of stuff on offer (have to confess I am not a breakfast person). There appears to be a swimming pool in the small complex where the hotel is located, and this is free to guests. Can't confirm as I didn't take advantage of thus. My memories of this hotel are good

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a central location, the staff is very friendly and helpful; we especially want to mention Mohamed at the reception who helped us rebook the room. Breakfast offers a lot of variety and is lovingly prepared. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bathroom had a wonderful rain showerhead. Tea and coffee makers are in the room. My one disappointment was that the website shows a sofa in a standard bouquet classic room which was not the case. We needed to upgrade to a junior suite but received a discount on the new room. The suite was very large and just like in the picture. They even provided a dog bed and 2 bowls. Everything was wonderful and we would stay at Leonardo again.

GGuest UserThese weren’t met except by the reception staff who were excellent. The hotel is in a great location just off the bazaar. The bed and room was comfortable but the bathroom door was glass, the bath lacked a shower curtain and was really high to step up in to. Downstairs lobby has been modernised but the 7th floor where breakfast is was set up like a wedding/function venue with large tables. There weren’t many guests eating when we were so easy for us to get a table for six to ourselves.Full range of cold/cooked/ cereals/breads/cake/ delicious fruit. Swimming pool in summer is deceptive as it feels almost too hot in the room so put us off a bit. But the water was lovely and cool. Quite small so just for gentle paddling and bobbing about not for doing lengths. The shaded part of the roof top bar was closed for a separate function so there was nowhere to sit in the shade, so never tried it. Worth going up for view of the city though but a shame as it’s one of the things that attracted us to chose this hotel. Taxi from bus station was 110 dinars, just 5-10 minutes away. Try and find ‘tea street’ in the bazaar in the evening, great place for people watching with an iced coffee. It’s parallel to the hotel street about 2 or 3 streets into the bazaar. 3 hours from Skopje by bus to Ochrid town/lake. Well worth a couple of days in each place. Also did Free Walking Tours Skopje which was great and I’ve left a separate review for. Skopje is a fascinating city to visit. Ottoman history and culture north of the river, Balkan culture to the south.
