The room,the location,the staff (Nikos and Maria were so hospitable and helpful!!) everything was perfect! Nice renovated rooms,quiet even though it is on the central road and a super cosy bed. The beach of Agia Paraskevi & the parking is just around the corner within 2-3 minutes walk and there is a mini market across the street. We will definitely come back for a lot more times 🩷

Everything about Villa Karina was brilliant. Couldn’t fault it. Nicolas was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Maria was amazing. Beds comfortable , clean and changed regular. Location was perfect. Platters, coffee and drinks were very nice and at a good price. Would definitely return.

I stayed here from 08/05/24 for 10 days. The family and staff were very welcoming. The room was excellent. Every morning I had good freshly made coffee and it was just where I wanted to be on the island. What more can I say, it was well run, very clean and comfortable. Terry from Leeds UK.

We booked this because it offered some basic cooking facilities so we could make breakfast. We arrived to find that the rooms have been refurbished and the cooking facilities taken out. Nicos was very apologetic, helpful and friendly. He gave us free breakfast at the little cafe there. This wasn't perfect for me as I have coeliac disease and need gluten free bread but he cleared out a toaster for me and toasted the bread that I had brought with me. The room was lovely and quite spacious although the bathroom is tiny and the shower is very cramped. Villa Karina is next to the busy road but you don't get too much noise from it. I would recommend it as long as you are happy with Room Only.

Another excellent stay at Villa Karina. Third visit and as good as ever. Rooms are spotlessly clean, owners and staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is lovely and freshly prepared each morning. Villa Karina is situated in a great location within walking distance to several beaches, tavernas, and supermarkets. Guest can use the pool at the hotel next door and several other tavernas locally if drinks/food is purchased. Ideal accommodation for anyone with any mobility difficulties due to the lack of steep hills/steps like many properties on the island have. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We stayed for 7 nights and really wished it could have been longer. Our hosts were amazingly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay - they really couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy on holiday! Breakfast was freshly prepared, delicious, and offered good variety. The seated area out front provided a lovely space for a beer and game of cards! The villa is located within walking distance of some nice beaches, and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Despite the proximity to the road, the traffic noise is barely noticeable when in the room. We will definitely be returning to Villa Karina in the future!

Elegant modern structure, practical, really well run by Nico and his family. It is located on the main road of the island, between bus stops 15 and 16, strategic in my opinion, stops that also characterize the topography of the main beaches. Immediately opposite a well-stocked supermarket and a short distance away some taverns. Villa Karina is on two floors, has 14 rooms, ours (n. 7) was on the ground floor and opened onto a vast garden. It had a large kitchenette with fridge. The crockery supply is good and clean. In the bathroom, a bit small but equipped with a walk-in shower, there is also a welcome kit of products. Safe, TV, very frequent change of linen. Security key for the electrical system, which also corresponded to an external light for free/busy. Abundant and full of flavors the breakfast that was served in a common open space, very elegant and fresh. The structure leaves freedom but a lot of privacy to guests. Nico's courtesy was splendid, he discreetly even let us have a scooter delivered to the hotel at an affordable price, furthermore any need we had (second pillow for example) was promptly resolved, when we arrived late in the evening he immediately directed to a nearby and cheap tavern, and on the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage to go to the beach one last time (Ag. Paraskevi, a stone's throw from the structure) and freshen up and change before going to the airport. Returning to Skiatos means returning to Villa Karina!

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and extremely friendly hosts. We were given a very friendly welcome and were able to move into our room straight away. Host Nikolaos is extremely friendly and helpful. A huge advantage for us was that he speaks perfect German. That made things a lot easier for us. The rooms are large, very clean and spacious.

A little far from the center but overall good value for money. Maybe it's even closer to the port, but it's modern and clean so all in all it was a good experience. It has air conditioning, bathroom and kitchenette, with a small terrace overlooking the greenery. Availability of breakfast for a fee on the upper external floor. The only flaw perhaps the single beds joined to form a double bed, they were comfortable but in the center you sank into a hole. The staff is very nice and helpful. They don't have a parking lot.
