Booked hotel direct in advance for one night prior to getting ferry next morning , was also offered a transfer from the airport for 15euros for two .. well worth it, greeted on arrival, friendly driver, no waiting for taxis which would be 10 euros anyway. Arrived in town met by hotel staff member also friendly and walked us to the hotel up a slope opposite taxi stand. Small hotel (6 rooms I believe) newly renovated and immaculate Aircon, safe, fridge. Kettle. Although lively outside it was soundproof. Would definitely stay again

Do not rent here. You have been warned. Unless you are completely deaf, hard of hearing and can turn off your hearing aid, or you plan to party until 4 AM. These rooms are directly over a main ***** with bars that play music and have patrons they go until four in the morning. The kind of noise I’m talking about is not a low buzz you can hear in the background. It is if the patrons and musicians are there in the room with you. The room is vibrating with sound. There’s no way you are getting to sleep until after the bar is closed at 4 AM. Then there is the matter of the blackout shade. It’s about 12 inches too short to cover the window. Which means by the time you fall asleep that glorious sun is beaming into your eyes, waking you up. Absolute misery. Just pick somewhere else. Also, you should be worn that you have to personally drag your suitcase down a cobblestone road, and then battle down one and a half flights of stairs to the landing. There’s no elevator. The stairs are uneven and kind of treacherous.

Just returned from Casa Blue and I can highly recommend here. The room was huge, spotless and cleaned every day to an excellent standard with tea and coffee provided every day along with a fridge and a kettle. When we arrived and because we had booked via a third party, Rediana didn't know what time to expect us so I would suggest you email your arrival time prior. This wasn't a problem as after a quick call she attended almost immediately and passed on loads of information about car hire etc and gave us her contact details in case we had any issues - which we didn't. The location is perfect, close to the port with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. This was our first visit to Skiathos and we will certainly look to stay here again.

We stayed for a one night overlay - room 201. The host is amazing, met us at the port, it’s a short walk a a hill. The room was spectacular! It was a large room with lovely view over the harbour, with comfy chairs on balcony. Was lovely having a glass of wine on the balcony watching the world go by. The bed was extremely comfortable and room is very quiet with door shut, air con was great. Immaculately clean. Kettle and fridge facilities. There are plenty of cafes for breakfast etc., we will stay here again. If you turn right out of hotel, walk down road you will see steps into Fresh Bar on the harbour road, they do a great breakfast and coffee etc.,

We only stayed here for one night in transit from Alonnisos to Athens. The pictures look very different from where we ended up: it is located walking distance from the ferry with the entrance in the road parallel to the boulevard. Feels like a back entrance where you wlak between plastic doors, take stairs down and you end up in the rooms on 1st floor: overlooking the harbor of Skiathos but you have the roofs of the restaurants in front of you as well as lots of people. Rooms are redone and they look ok but couch is still old, bathroom was a bit weird. Certainly in one of our rooms it was bright red and you needed sunglasses to be able to shower there. For one night - all ok. No breakfast though.

Fantastic place I had a one night stay before going to the airport the next day. This room was close to restaurants, the harbor, the taxi stand, the museum ... a wonderful place to stay. The hostess was very responsive and the room was very clean and gorgeous. The only change I would make would be for the window in the bathroom to be one that could lock or have bars on it, or that the bathroom could have a functional lock. I would definitely stay again.
