We stayed in this "hotel", if you can call it that, for 9 nights in August. The place presents a series of critical issues, let's start with the fact that there is no real reception but a simple shutter that opens at 8am and closes at around 8pm so after that time it is not possible to ask anyone anything except via what app. There is no telephone connected to the reception in the room. Only one key per couple, therefore forced to always go out and come back together. The STANDARD room (€170 per night and it's not cheap without breakfast) is about 10m2 and there is no wardrobe, except 2 shelves to put your clothes on, the bed is noisy, small and the sheets were changed in 9 days once . The tiny bathroom, with an invisible sink (we even struggled to brush our teeth), practically very hard GLASS PAPER towels, rusty and dirty towel racks, we were not provided with a bubble bath kit, not even a cap and we had to purchase everything . Furthermore, soap foam came out of the bathroom drawer on the floor with every shower 😱 The wi-fi is a dancer, constantly plugging in and out. The air conditioner was broken for the first two days, they only repaired it after 2 days (imagine how we slept in 30 degrees). Furthermore, to leave the scooter in the hotel car park during our stay we had to pay 3 euros per day (NEVER HEARD IT) without even notifying us of the rate. The only positive note was the ownership, polite and polite people who unfortunately do not have a clear understanding of the concept of a hotel, this is just a HOSTEL. If I had to find one adjective to describe this place I would say HORRIBLE!
