The best place to stay in Skiathos! Super extra clean. Elena (the owner) is the best and the nicest lady you will know in Skiathos. The villa is very well situated in a quiet area, but from here you can reach all the good beaches. It has a super sea view ❤️❤️❤️ There is a nice beach at 2 min walking and some good tavernas nearby.

Just back from an absolutely wonderful stay in Villa Frideriki. This is without doubt the prettiest, most comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Agia Paraskevi…if not Skiathos! Elena is the most amazing host, nothing is too much for her and her lovely family. The room was immaculately clean and Elena was always on hand offering recommendations for things to do on the island - we couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you for a beautiful holiday ❤️

We have a lovely vacation! It was our first stay and Elena was very kind, helpful and great host! Everything was perfect! I strongly recommend for your stay! There is sea view from your room, the closest beach is just five minutes walk. Very clean!

Fabulous!!! We love Elena and her family and have been returning for many years. We are guaranteed a relaxing holiday. Rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The best hosts on the island!!! No hesitation in highly recommending!!! See you next year ❤️

Another fantastic stay at Frideriki with Elena and her mum. This is our third time and just as good if not better. For us it is the perfect location on the island with everything we need close by. Not much more i can say other than thank you once again, cant wait to go back!! (I also reviewed in July 2019)

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time but never got around to it. We stayed here in August 2018 and had a lovely holiday. Elena is the loveliest lady. She is warm, caring and the best host. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is spotless clean, quiet and in the nicest location. The room was well equipped and comfortable. It is close to the beach and restaurants. Elena was always able to suggest somewhere to eat off the main road and we were never disappointed. There are some really nice restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Elena for your warm hospitality.

Villa stupenda immersa nel verde a pochi minuti a piedi da una delle spiagge più belle. Vista mozzafiato. Incredibile la pulizia. Cambiano lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni, sempre profumatissimi. Le padrone di casa sono le classiche mamme! Adorabili. Puliscono, offrono il caffè con biscottini, ti aiutano se hai un problema.sempre molto disponibili ti fanno sentire a casa. La villa è molto caratteristica con opere in legno che rappresentano barche. Un soggiorno veramente piacevole, un peccato venire via. Posto strategico, c’è tutto. Anche senza macchina puoi fare una vacanza. Anche da solo volendo! Le stanze hanno il balconcino con vista mare. Davvero mi sono sentita voluta bene e a casa. Protetta. Lo consiglio a tutti: famiglie con bambini, coppie e anche a chi è solo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui la scorsa settimana. Posto perfetto! Camera con vista mare . L’ambiente molto pulito con cambio degli asciugami e pulizia accuratissima della stanza ogni due giorni . Elena è una persona squisita ! Molto disponibile e attenta. Avevo voglia del caffè con la moka, tempo 20 minuti ed ho trovato la moka in camera ❤️☕️. Consiglio vivamente.una esperienza indimenticabile
