Highly recommended - fabulous. Breakfast spot on. Lots of choices. Everything you could need in your room. Very clean and homely. Excellent hosts. Fab location. Would defo go again and recommend to family and friends - loved it - weather helped

We've come back from a 4 night stay at the lyndsay guest house and have loved every minute of being there the hosts Linda and Alan were absolutely awesome very accommodating to our every need. The room was excellent with everything you need from a good cuppa with a little extra. Room was well kitted out with tea, coffee and hot chocolate even had a spare bed throw and pillows and the guest house isn't too far from the sea front and everything you need the towns now even that far away too would definitely recommend to everyone if you want a nice place to rest and get your head down this is the place to go.

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Their were lots of carefully thought personal touches throughout which was really nice. The breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order with plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally located with the town centre and the beach only a couple of minutes walk away. We will certainly be returning here in the near future.

Lovely friendly guest house, room was large with everything you need and some nice extra touches. Breakfast was lovely with good quality ingredients. Plenty of free parking, very short walk to the beach, would definitely book again if we are back in Skegness.

A friendly guest house comfortable, a warm welcome when you arrived. Rooms clean and inviting. Linda and Alan go out their way to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a lot of choice. I had vegetarian which was good. It is about a 10 minutes walk to beach and town

This was our 3rd stay at the Lyndsay and as usual we had a great time with warm welcoming hosts. Rooms are clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful with attentive service from Alan and great cooking from Linda. Location is in lovely tree lined road only few minutes walk from the beach and some good bars. Would highly recommend and have already booked again for next year:)

At first i thought this is okay all looks fine, even had phonecall from the london office to check all was okay. I thought yeah great now my trip was for one night with kids so went out for dinner thankfully as when came back i had a pizza for supper opened oven a nice burger sitting so oven not cleaned. Then son put tv on said dad whats that, something on tv screen and guessing chocolate over stand. Bread bin still had some place tokens and randon wrappers, only noticed bathroom mirror when on pan was absolutley manky. Still here as type as arrived around 4.30pm just gon 7.40pm the now sadly wont be using lyndene again when visiting area.
