I feel good. Good location, near to the station. Quite circumstance. Big room.

This was a great hotel. The room was good, as was the gym and the pool. The range of breakfast items was one of the most amazing I have ever seen. There was literally everything you could think of (apart from alcohol - well, this is not Spain!!). Some of the hot foods (turkey meatballs and fried eggs) were a little on the cold side on two of our four mornings at the hotel, but, to be fair, they were topped up with fresh items for later customers so I guess we were just at the wrong time. However, I went back to the breakfast bar on a couple of occasions and had more than enough to eat. The hotel restaurant is temporarily closed. I’m not sure whether this meant upstairs or the small brasserie by the bar area, as both were closed. Food was available from the bar, though the menu is quite limited (about 4 items, I recall). We opted for the fish and chips. It has to be one of the best fish and chips we had eaten in a long time. It was so good that we had it on our second night at the hotel. Unfortunately, the bar is not open at any time on Sunday, so that meant nothing to drink nor eat. Fortunately, we were invited to a barbecue on that night so didn’t miss out on food. The hotel is well located and the area felt very safe. The railway station is literally five minutes away, as is the bus terminal. We also walked into the centre of Lillestrøm one day. That only took about 12 minutes and was fairly straightforward. All, in all, a good stay at a great price. Highly recommended.

If you're travelling solo and want somewhere handy in the centre of Oslo and aren't too fussed about some usual hotel comforts, then this will tick the box. It's not super expensive but it could also be a bit cheaper for what it offers. The rooms feel like university student rooms, which isn't a bad thing per se. I'm unsure what larger rooms looked like but despite mine having a double bed, 2 people would feel pretty cramped in there. The bathroom/shower was good, no fault there. The bed was comfy but the matress tended to slide around. There's no room service for cleaning up or refreshing linen, they do that on rotations of their own choosing. If you really want that service (which in any other hotel is a daily one) you can request I think. This is fine for 1 night but after a while you feel a bit grimy. I found some clumps of hair on the floor and in an underbed drawer. There's no kettle in the room which is the bare basic that a room should have in terms of amenities so people can make their own tea, coffee or noodles etc. You can buy tea or coffee in reception but it's worth just heading outside to grab something. My room didn't have wardrobe storage but did have wall bracket-hangers which did the job. There were plenty of sockets for charging things. Like I said for a person solo travelling and not wanting a hostel, this place is fine for 1 night or 2. I stayed 3 and it was too long in that hotel and too long in Oslo in general.

The staff went above and beyond, I am amazed about their professionalism and their hospitality . It was one of the best hotel and staff that I ever met! The general manager, receptionists, cleaning staffs , everyone was very helpful and friendly . The hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. Thank you to all the stuff for warm welcome!

The room is not big, very clean, the best impression is the restaurant, it is worth a try

There is no way to check in at the hotel booked through Ctrip. I need to go into the door where I need to swipe my card and ask the staff to find the reservation by name. I booked for two nights, but the staff arranged for me another night with a similar name without looking at the name carefully. order? As a result, I received less money and couldn't get to the room the next day. There is no hot water kettle in the room, so you need to go to the lobby on the first floor to use it. Overall, the room is relatively new and the environment is good

great hotel 3 minutes walk from Oslo train station and bus station. 15 minutes walk to the departure point of cruise and ferry boats. 10 minutes to the very center of the city. the room is large and free. very clean. unfortunately there is no fridge and kettle, as was the case in other hotels of this level in Oslo where we stayed. bed on a pedestal, comfortable. front desk open 24/7. we were settled three hours earlier than the check-in time, which is very welcome.

Wonderful! Award-winning design. Scandinavian design at its best. Biggest bathrooms you have ever seen, wonderful, thoughtful staff and clean, clen, clean. It is off the beaten path - not close to downtown and toursit attractions, but if you want to see part of Oslo most tourists do not see - and you will be rewarded by getting off the beaten path, take the Metro here - it's close by -- and enjoy Oslo at its best.
