We had a wonderful stay at our apartment at Koukounari. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable with awesome bedding. Breakfast was amazing, with different choices available. The relaxing pool area is kept beautifully clean, with bar service and food available. The staff is really friendly and fun. The hotel is in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd year at Koukounari and another great 2 weeks with Dimitri and his team. Always helpful and cheerful. The place is amazing and I can't wait to get there next year. Pine, the associated restaurant is top notch and you get 10% discount for staying at the apartments. Already trying to plan another trip next year, maybe 2. Agistri is a fantastic place to visit. Absolutely stunning. Thanks Dimitri, Angelo and Lefteris (top barman) see you next year.

We spent 7 nights . Family of 6 . Took 3 rooms in the hotel. This place is super relaxing. Eating breakfast in the shaded bar next to,the pool , going down to the nearest beach and then relax next to the pool and drink cocktails. Place is clean , Rooms simple but you got all you need and you have relaxing balcony on each. Staff is nice and happy. Who needs more!

Highly recommended !! Amazing 4 days trip. The hotel location was excellent, the staff very polite and helpful, the bar/pool area very clean and nice, the sea view so relaxing. All as described. We got a 3h tour around the island with a private guide that was very nice too. Thank you all.

Very clean tidy and hospitable. Restaurant is exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. Not far from seaside, but could have been better access. Very close to town centre and shops. Parking is available but limited.

Koukounari apartments is a quiet place in Skala, really closed to shops, restaurants and beaches. The rooms are clean and elegant. Three highlights: the kindness of all the staff, the tips of Silia, at the reception, she will help you with almost everything and the restaurant is really good. Recommended!

Recently returned from Koukounari apartments, this being our second visit. We stayed in a superior apartment - everything is good about this small complex and while there you are treated like family. Cleaning is daily, towels and linen changed frequently. The small pool is a pleasant alternative to the beach and the adjoining pool bar/restaurant is a gem either for breakfast, snacks and drinks during the day or an evening meal. The seafood risotto is extremely tasty. The apartments are situated a 5 minute walk to tavernas, 10 to the main beach, with a supermarket and pharmacy close by. We hope to return to Agistri next year and will definitely be looking to stay at Koukounari.

We arrived before our room was ready, our bags were stored for us and welcome drinks given besides the pool while we waited. Nice small pool with good loungers and also some lovely non sun lounger seating such as beanbag chairs. We had a sea facing room, which had cooking facilities, although very little equipment with which to cook and only two glasses despite 3 people staying. Good aircon and comfy beds with a sweet balcony which was just big enough for three of us. The thing that really let this place down was the bathroom which definitely needed updating and also the plumbing, which was a bit stinky and we had to ask them to plunge the shower as it was obviously blocked. Nice bar area, friendly staff and good happy hour cocktails.
