The hotel smell really bad and the laundry room is super dirty OMG I really disappointed with the hotel and I want to get a refund but of course booked online and paid ahead of time with trip.com is not refundable I’M so not recommended this hotel ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Design of the room is a bit weird…… Good thing is there is a door in the toilet tube and shower room, because the toilet room is full of an unpleasant odour.
Not recommend unless you have no where to stay.

This is the worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. The elevator room is shared with other businesses and is extremely dirty. I forgot to take pictures; 2. The towels for washing my face are all broken and the edges are flying off; 3. The phone number on the floor It's broken, there is no sound, there should be a problem with the phone line; 4. The front desk's professional skills can indeed be improved; 5. Sorry for the price of 600 yuan/day on October 2 and 500 yuan/day on the 3rd.
