Our second visit here in 3 months, booking to return in September. A great location, clean room and linen, pool an added bonus with the warm weather, again looked after by the team (Cindy, Faustine and new recruit Ben). Location ideal for beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, to explore inland, 2 hour drive to Nice, so for us the best place to discover South of France away from the crowds of Cannes, St Tropez. Highly recommend.

We were completely disappointed with the accommodations. The whole hotel was in bad condition, without paint on the outside and as abandoned, the room was no exception. Poorly laid out, the sofa bed mattresses were old and super uncomfortable, the double bed had a hard mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and it did not have all the necessary kitchen utensils, there was no coffee maker, nor to heat the water. Incidentally, the water service was cut off and we were left without water for several minutes, without warning. The bathroom was horrible. The only good thing was the attention of the receptionist. We left the hotel a day early because we couldn't stand it anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT The hotel was assigned 4 stars. I don't know which blind person gave it that rating. We would not have given it 4 negative stars.

Regarding the location, the establishment is close to the beach (but not fine sand!) The swimming pool is disappointing compared to the photos on the site where it appears very large. In addition, no surveillance so people jump, shout, take inflatable mattresses, play ball….. in short like at home Absence of charging stations for the vehicle and the reception did not know where there were any. Apartment on the ground floor at the rear of the building therefore without sun during the day and in the presence of mice in the privet which line the terrace. There you go, for 1400€ per week I think we could have better…..

We had booked for 3 nights, impossible to stay more than 2 nights (obviously no action). Super dirty apartment, noisy accommodation. Due to the lack of air conditioning we left the windows open, impossible to sleep, noise all night due to the proximity of the road and the trash room. In short, if you want a peaceful stay with your family, escape Garden City.
