I gave it 2 stars because it had a good pool. It’s a tired hotel. The shower in our room was broken so one had to hold the shower head while the other showered. The internet kept dropping out and when connected was so slow we gave up using it. Only 2 power points in our room worked. When I went to reception to get help the lady only spoke French so couldn’t assist. It appears there isn’t much of a selection in Sanary but I would check the other options before booking here.

The hotel is nice and very convenient to say at. The parking is on-site and easy. The Hotel Staff is EXCELLENT and great to work with. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with fresh baked bread and eggs made to my request.

Although this hotel presents very well in the sales blurb, the reality is not the same. the staff did not take our comments seriously. Did not agree to change our room, even though the Hotel was nearly empty. The impression we got was that we were an inconvenience to them. They tried to charge us breakfast, although we had already paid for it, and when we checked out they had put a parking charge of 50e on the bill, even though we did not have a car. There are also some major health and Safety issues here that should be addressed urgently.

The hotel is immaculate but very tired. Struggled to open the bed settee. ********* say tax per person is 0.65 per adult and parking free. We were charge €10 parking and an additional €9 euros on leaving. Parking safe and gated.

Hotel remains in its original state and needs to be renovated, notably the rooms, bathroom with shower curtain, otherwise pleasant swimming pool and friendly staff

Excellent stay, all the staff are kind, welcoming and charming. The rooms are very well soundproofed, and yet we were next to the elevator and close to the breakfast room. Really very quiet. There swimming pool very pleasant and clean, the hours are adequate, since the morning and evening it is in the shade. the hotel is a few minutes walk from the center of Sanary and easy to access. very well maintained establishment .very good bedding.

Nice surface area for the junior suite but the decoration would need to be reviewed, the details are unworthy of a 4-star hotel: several disparate light fixtures in the shower room, poorly repositioned ceiling plates in the hallway, children's sofa bed not unfolded and no explanation .
