Very disappointed with our stay on the island of Embiez, we booked a fairly spacious apartment, be aware that you must make your beds on arrival. The patent room has 2 beds pushed together with 2 flat sheets and a wool blanket. We are very cold because of a lot of wind this week, we had the impression that the heating was not working. In addition, there is a lot of daylight in the morning, it is impossible to sleep more than 8 a.m. because there are no shutters, only beige curtains. Concerning the spa, the heated swimming pool at the hotel is chargeable for the residents of the apartments, a horrible experience in a swimming pool at 22 degrees while outside it is very windy. On site only 2 restaurants open. Very little to do during the holidays what a disappointment..,,.

We came for 2 days and I recommend! The hotel offers many services (full breakfast, activities included such as yoga, swimming pool, gym or tennis, etc.), the hotel staff was attentive and the island allows you to take a real break rejuvenating in just a few days!

To begin with, we had an excellent stay in terms of calm because it is very pleasant not to have traffic on the island. we had a superior room just for the pork which was very nice however..... I think it's not a four star level hotel. Arriving In the rain In the rain we would have liked to have had a shuttle We would have liked to have had a shuttle rather than walking in the rain with our suitcases. It's a shame that this isn't done automatically every time a ferry arrives and offered with a "Helios Hotel" sign because we're not supposed to know that the carts are from this hotel. It's poorly explained. The level of reception is correct, however we found the elevator very long (we can't even imagine it in the middle of summer) and the corridors were extremely cold. This tiled space feels like a maternity ward! It felt like we were going to visit someone in hospital. The superior room is correct in terms of bed size and conformation except for the cushion that needs to be reviewed, but above all the problem is the bathroom. When you empty the whole hotel the noise is so unpleasant. For a 4 star it lacks small personalized products and especially bathrobe!!!! For a spa hotel this should be available free of charge to customers who go down to the pool. The latter is super pleasant and calm. The spa reception is very friendly. In terms of privacy, we hear everything from the neighbors. No soundproofing of the rooms. Breakfast: very light! Lots of space used for not much. Pastry baskets empty at 9 a.m. and remained empty during our presence. Baguettes available which are cut gradually by customers without tea towels so everyone puts their fingers on them. In short, 19th century is very expensive for this little choice. It's a shame not to have an indoor bar because the storm came in and it was difficult to enjoy the outside and room service from 10:30 p.m. onwards is way too late for dinner. We were lucky enough to benefit from a very attractive rate which allows us to still think that our stay was pleasant but I certainly won't pay the full price (350th for the room, 19th for the breakfast, and the return crossing around 20th ). It's way too expensive for a 3.5 star (if it existed lol) but not a 4 star. Small downside: I had specified that it was our 15th anniversary and we didn't get any attention like you can often get elsewhere. There are a few readjustments to make to have the impression of being in a 4 star hotel. Have a nice stay everyone

Very nice hotel on a very clean and pleasant island. Very pleasant to be in a place without cars. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bedding is of very good quality. We took a room with a sea view balcony and it was very pleasant. Large swimming pool with the possibility of sitting on indoor and outdoor deckchairs. Excellent massage at the spa as I have rarely had. However, I give it 4/5 because some services are a bit tight for a 4 star and the price of the room is €350/night. The bathroom deserves a renovation, particularly with a simple shower without a mixer and not adjustable in height... No service products apart from shower gel and shampoo. The quality of the bath towels really leaves something to be desired... We were lucky to have the luggage shuttle when we arrived because we were among the first to leave the ferry but not all customers were so lucky because it There are only 4 places!! Wishing this review could help as it really is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and we had a lovely stay.
