It was a good experience with small concerns The room service needing some attention and daily follow-up. The restaurant was not prepared to accommodate large numbers, which led to insufficient quantities available for breakfast for all residents. The swimming pool also requires attention.

Considering that it is a tourist hotel in an oasis, it is very good. It has a small (cold) pool for swimming, the rooms and bathroom are clean and the breakfast is very local but good. Outside there is noise of barking dogs, donkeys, prayers and motors of all kinds, from 0:00 it is suddenly quiet (until morning prayers at 5:00). The small desert safari (approx. 4h) booked through the hotel was far too expensive at 100 US$ per person (normal prices are between 40 and 50). The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre but I recommend taking a taxi.

Happy with my choice to stay here after a long ride to Siwa. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Tours and drivers organised plus recommendations. 15 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast on the roof top was good. Clean and shower is good.

Beautiful place out of time, a real oasis in the middle of the desert with extremely welcoming and helpful staff! Close to the city, the swimming pool is really nice after long days of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Oasis within an Oasis. The best choice we made in Siwa. The hotel is new, the rooms are great, great bed and shower, wonderful pool and it is in a very quiet part of town. Very good breakfast too. Ali Omar (owner) is super helpful and helped us with many things. Siwa is a great place to relax and staying at Qasr El Salam made our experience even better. We recommend it!

We stayed here 2 nights. The rooms are new and well furnished. The bathroom is also spacious with a hot shower. Cleanliness is generally good. Owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Decent breakfast served on the terrace. The terrace area could be improved a bit but they are already doing some work and considering the difficult period we are emerging from, in my opinion it is understandable. Overall excellent value for money, I would recommend it.

Accueil d'Ali ,le propriétaire exceptionnel. Il ne sait pas quoi faire pour rendre service. La chambre que j'ai occupé était très grande, confortable, avec une salle d'eau aussi très grande, une baignoire et eau chaude. Tout bien propre. J'ai eu un petit chauffage d'appoint bien nécessaire en cette saison. Pour le prix le petit déjeuner de 8h à 10h était tout à fait correct: œufs dures, pain égyptien, foul, confiture, miel, café poudre, thé, eau,banane, une salade, vache qui rit...au 3me étage d'un building avec une belle vue. Pour les gens qui ont des difficultés possible de prendre le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. Il y a 2 piscines, malheureusement trop froide à cette saison. Ali m'a organisé toutes les visites comme je le souhaitais à un prix raisonnable. Il s'occupe aussi de trouver un chauffeur si on veut un véhicule privé pour retourner à Alexandrie. Ahmed était très sympa et conduisait prudemment. Le seul petit inconvénient est que les murs ne sont pas très isolés. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.
