Really a Weird place even if the building is incredible.
Breakfast not good, no Fresh juice , sirup concentrate machine, except the young staff, for a five stars, they talk english really bad and they dont try to be more understable.
Not a 5 stars definitly.
Day receptionnist makes really feel inconfortable.
Really too familiar and, just weird…
My wife had her hair burnt by the low cost haïr dryer and when hé came help pulling up her haïr, she lost some hair!!!!
it was really funny for him and make jokes till our depart.

The location is OK, but the suite has no view. In addition, the hotel has poor hygiene conditions. The previous tenant had white hair everywhere, and it was not cleaned up in three days! The breakfast was also average, and the coffee was bad!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sivota Diamond Resort and Spa! The bungalows offer breathtaking sea views that made every morning feel magical. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious authentic Greek cuisine served fresh every day. The flavors were incredible and really gave us a taste of local culture. A special highlight was the Monday wine tasting featuring an amazing selection of local Greek wines - we discovered some real gems that we could also enjoy with our meals at the restaurant. This resort perfectly combines stunning natural beauty, excellent service, and authentic Greek experiences.

From arriving at the hotel we instantly felt welcomed and relaxed and the view over the pools, sea and mountains is beautiful. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and all the staff are very friendly. Special mention to Nena and Dimitris who looked after us very well by the pool and bar area. The reception staff also very friendly and helpful (sorry didn’t get your names to mention you) . Good choice at breakfast buffet and the food at the snack bar was lovely. Quite a steep hill to walk to the town but Reception will book you a taxi for 4 or 5 Euros. Thank you for a lovely holiday - The Edgars & Mccarthys

I’m telling myself every time that this will be the last visit for some years, but this was the 6th. Visit since 2019. The Hotel itself is just wonderful and the Staff, no matter if it is the Reception, cleaning or the Restaurant, they always do their outmost to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Have to mention Panos (head of the Restaurant) who had an overview and impact on the Staff that clearly made everything work just perfect. Without doubt the best experience in the Restaurant of our 6 times at this Hotel. Only one thing that we find have to be improved - try to get rid of the Swallows who are building nests at the main building. The platforms you have put up under the roof on the main building has just increased the numbers of birds. They are very noisy in the morning and their excrements in and around the children’s pool were disgusting. But we will for sure be back soon.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the hotel very clean and everything worked. The reason for only 4/5 is due to poor quality equipment in the fitness room and somewhat unimaginative servings at the hotel restaurant especially at breakfast. The pool area is somewhat small and does not really cater for small children (very deep pools, nothing special like slides etc), but for adults it was satisfactory. However, in the nearby Sivota village you can find a variety of good quality restaurants and there are several beaches nearby, including one where you can walk on an underwater sandbank to an island. Overall a very positive experience!

Amazing family-friendly 5-star resort!* We had a fantastic stay! The location is ideal — right near the sea with beautiful views. Sivota Plaza and Marina are also nerarby with nice tavernas and small shops.The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The pools were perfect for both our baby and us adults — safe, fun, and relaxing. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was modern, with big balcony and very comfortable. We even spent a day in island nearby by boat reccomended by hotel. Also we enjoyed some nights stay at hotel bar with live music. So is great for families looking for comfort and quality. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel with a fabulous view! We spent 2 weeks here and stayed in a side sea view room and had a lovely time. All staff are so helpful and friendly, we only ate breakfast here (there was a great selection,) as most evenings we walked down to the harbour and ate dinner in one of the many restaurants there. The pool area was immaculate, with a waiter service for drinks and snacks and always plenty of sunbeds anytime of the day!The only drawback is that it's situated at the top of a very steep hill (which was fine with us as we don't mind a walk,) but if you struggle you can arrange with the hotel to drop you and pick you up in their transport which I think is 4 euros each way. Can recommend this hotel
