Really a Weird place even if the building is incredible.
Breakfast not good, no Fresh juice , sirup concentrate machine, except the young staff, for a five stars, they talk english really bad and they dont try to be more understable.
Not a 5 stars definitly.
Day receptionnist makes really feel inconfortable.
Really too familiar and, just weird…
My wife had her hair burnt by the low cost haïr dryer and when hé came help pulling up her haïr, she lost some hair!!!!
it was really funny for him and make jokes till our depart.

The location is OK, but the suite has no view. In addition, the hotel has poor hygiene conditions. The previous tenant had white hair everywhere, and it was not cleaned up in three days! The breakfast was also average, and the coffee was bad!

Very good cleaning, nice pools though the food was not really the best it was pretty much the same every day and was a bit “special”? There was a hotel cat though so so cute love her. The staff was nice and overall everything was good except the food. Also would not recommend for families with smaller kids: no “normal” food, not really a playground and you have to walk quite a lot to get up and down from the city to the hotel.

The food was very dissapointing. There was not alot of variety and everything was a bit greasy and similar in taste. No alternatives for kids. Nice that there was free water at meals. The cleaning was very good and it was nice that it was everyday when you are at the Beach and bring in sand.

We stayed at this hotel in Sept and had a lovely time. The staff are kind, friendly, helpful and courteous, working very hard all day and night keeping you refreshed with drinks!! The views are simply wonderful, every sunny day is a beautiful view and it never wears off with the "Wow" factor. We had some rain unfortunately during Sept but this place is amazing when the sun shines! The hotel is at the top of a steep hill so we had 96 steps from our room to the pool which might not suit people with mobility issues. A lovely place and some of the best views we've had of the Greek coastline. Resort is also lovely, not a massive place but nice restaurants along the harbour side! Rooms were perfect as well.

Stayed for a week at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were great and the exceptional staff always going the extra mile, especially one of the bar staff Kyriakos, a great member of the team that always did his best to make sure our holiday was as enjoyable as it could be!

Went to Syvota Diamond resort in September for 7 nights. From the moment we arrived to departure you could not have wished for a better hotel and staff. All the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. We stayed half board. the selection at breakfast and at dinner was amazing. Plenty of choice and as must as you wanted. The pool bar was great with drinks and good snack menu. We stayed in the royal villa with private pool. Plenty of room and the bed so comfortable. Cleanliness was amazing and the room was always clean. The pool for the villa was plenty big enough, but if there was anything to say it was that the pool was far to cold as it did not get much sun, the sea was warmer. But we would certainly stay again as the views from the hotel were amazing. Thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so amazing.

We had a fantastic trip to Sivota Diamond Spa in late August. A friend and I spent a week here and we were so well looked after the whole time. The place is stunning with the best pool views I've ever seen. The staff are helpful and friendly and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and easy. Special thanks to the Reception staff, including Albina and Jose, and also the bar staff who kept us well-supplied with cocktails and snacks; Vasiliki, Alexandra, Ilias, Vasiliki and Kuriakos. They were all lovely, attentive and so generous in speaking (brilliant) English in the face of our (almost non-existent) Greek. We would love to come back again.
