I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. My only issue was that I couldn’t control the room temperature, and it felt a bit too warm for me at times. Other than that, everything else was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for its service and cleanliness.

Sivas seyahatimde farkl bir otelde konaklamam sonrası ikinci ziyarette bu oteli deneyimleme fırsatım oldu.Personeller ilgili sağolsunlar fakat otel vasat temizlikte problem görmedim kahvaltı iyi değildi sıcak çay ve çorba dışında sıcak birsey yok yeri merkezde o yüzden tercih edilebilir

Otel ***et güzel hoş temiz personeli ***et iyi fakat gel gelelim bi sauna hamam tarafına inelim dedik oradaki çalışanlar dövmekten beter ettiler . Özellikle oranın başında durumda 45 li yaşlardaki hanfendi ve diğer çalışanlar küfür eder gibi iş yapıyorlar. Böylesine güzel otelin SPAsının böyle işletme ruhu olmayan insanların orda müşteriyi adeta kovalar gibi davranmasına üzüldüm

merhaba,
otel çok merkezi bir yerde. konum ve ulaşım açısından çok iyi ama otelin internetini hiç kullanamadık.
bu konuda çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Aynı şekilde temizlik konusunda da eksik bilgilendirildik. Odaların birinde lambayı hiç kapatamadık. Böylesi merkezde olan bir otelde kalmak daha kullanışlı olmalıydı.

Im spa wurde aufgelistet das es auch ein Jacuzzi zu Verfügung steht was im Preis inbegriffen war doch leider aber nicht zur verfügün gestellt wurde das es ausgeschaltet konnte wir es auch leider nicht nutzen sowie die Öffnungszeit wurden täglich geändert .
Die Damen am Personal waren sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit.
